The main issues are difficulty getting a hold of someone by phone, including the warranty team, and occasional problems with delivery personnel. However, they provide timely delivery and exchange. Customers highly recommend the place for the best prices and service found all over town, noting it is a good store overall.

Place has decent appliances for the most competitive price. If there is an issue with the appliance it’s hard to get a hold of their warranty team, but other than that good store. Also Chris, the customer service rep, displayed professionalism and had knowledge of the products.

I stop by occasionally to look for appliances for my rentals. Its mostly overpriced junk (20-40% below retail for a 15 yr old appliance) but there might be a good buy every once in a while. If you're paying for delivery you're probably better off buying new elsewhere.
