Hours say open until 7pm online so why are they closed at 6:15pm? Not worth the effort especially as the phone rings to a mailbox that has not been setup, hardly a professional appearance. It's probably a better idea anyway to buy new appliances with the service contract for rental units, rather than trying to save on the expenditure and replacing it with an appliance of similar kind. I had a couple that I was interested in refurbishing before doing full upgrades on the properties, but if they can't be bothered to be open during business hours, they don't need my business.

The WORST. Bought a unit that turned out to be faulty. Tried to get it fixed, no response and closed half the time. Don't waste your money they are crooks.

If I could rate this place half a star or less I would because that is what they deserve. Do not waste your hard earned money on these appliances. They are not inspected, updated or in working order. We bought a fridge and the crew who delivered it broke the door and didn't bother to fix it. Shelves were missing, it was never cleaned before leaving the warehouse and the water filter was stagnant and 4 months old. They also didn't know how to hook up to the water line for ice and water. After such disgust we asked it to be picked up and full refund provided. Took them over a week to pick up 12/27 to be exact and we are fighting to get our money returned. We were assured it would be processed numerous times but after 2 weeks of waiting we were forced to call back. Once again, assured it would be reflect in our accounts last Friday. It was not. Now they refuse to answer the phone. They hit ignore because each time called it goes straight to voicemail. Terrible place, Terrible service and absolutely Terrible appliances.

Issue with the origin purchase of an electric oven was resolved professionally by salesperson Chris, he was very respectable and responded to all questions very nicely, he even exchanged the appliance with the next higher up oven with no extra cost and also arranged for delivery an exchange in timely manners. Only issue with this company was them not picking the business phone. I had to drive there to sort out the issue. I also recommend that when purchasing any used item please test it thoroughly, it is good for both the seller and buyer. This transaction I will give 4 stars just because repeated phone calls were not answered otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Ask for Inam!! We received great in-store service and were only looking for a refrigerator and stove but due to the prices we ended up getting appliances for the entire house. After shopping all over town these were the best prices and service we found. We even were able to exchange the stove we purchased from them with a different stove with no hassle. Now the only issue was one delivery guy who was short, fat and tended to be curt at times, who walked on my floors without the shoe covers I provided him. He seemed like he didn’t want to work at all but good thing his partner was there who worked extremely hard. We would go back but we bought everything there was to get but we HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!!

Just got off the phone with Inam Haq and he kept raising his voice at me and it was difficult to address issues related to their appliances and lack of concern as it relates to gas leaks and gas stove installs. He blamed my plumber for dangerous leaks on their appliances and critiqued my decision-making instead of being accountable. Good Appliances sold me a gas stove that leaked and was installed improperly in Nov. 2022--there were 2 gas leaks as a result of their negligence that took us many months to identify in our building. The issues were recently identified by a plumber after addressing gas leaks in our building. They say they test their gas stoves and they do not. They offered to give me another used stove after their repair guy came out and tested their stove to make sure it was leaking. Their repair guy came out and confirmed the stove did have a gas leak. They arranged for another stove delivery the next day. The stove they replaced does not have a leak but the installers installed it improperly and they used a leaking flex line. This happened even after I asked the installers to double triple check and make sure their gas stove install was done properly. To identify these issues the plumber charged me $1,295 for the 1st stove and $400 to change out the flex line on the 2nd stove. I wanted Good Appliances to cover those costs. Instead Inam said he would charge me the money it cost to deliver the 2nd used stove that they installed improperly. They also do not take any responsibility for their installs and blame it on a 3rd party installer. Overall addressing this stove issue has been really awful. I originally bought a used stove back in Nov '22 due to pandemic related supply chain issues and new ones were not available within a month and my tenants needed a stove sooner . Your money will be better spent (and wait if you have to) on a new stove at a big box store. I still can't believe all this happened and how Inam spoke to me.

Place has decent appliances for the most competitive price. If there is an issue with the appliance it’s hard to get a hold of their warranty team, but other than that good store. Also Chris, the customer service rep, displayed professionalism and had knowledge of the products.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I called the store to inquire about a refrigerator for my condo. A salesperson by name Tony picked up the phone and said he iwll call me back in a few minutes because he is helping to load an appliance. 30 min later I called back and the same person said he is sorry and will send me pics and prices shortly. 1 hour later I called back and he said he is sorry and asked to allow him a few minutes to send me pics and prices. It has been hours and Tony send nothing. It's very strange to promise something multiple times and not deliver. It gives the business a bad name I will not call back or recommend to anybody. 3 times to call and get no response is x3 too many. Super disappointing.

We bought a refrigerator two weeks ago and it already stopped working. I called to schedule a technician to come check it out and they never returned my calls. I have been calling consistently and now they are not even answering not calls. My freezer is not making ice and it won’t stay at the temperature it should. I am still waiting for someone to call. I definitely regret coming here and I would not recommend them at all.

Wish I'd read the reviews before I purchased. Sold me a faulty refrigerator and refused to rectify it. Don't waste your money. If I could give 1/4 star I would. Not reputable whatsoever.Its a shady business at best. A scam.

Horrible customer service. Called and set up a day to come in, drove 2 hours, and the store was closed. No one answered the phone. Based on my experience and the other reviews, this place seems extremely sketchy.

I stop by occasionally to look for appliances for my rentals. Its mostly overpriced junk (20-40% below retail for a 15 yr old appliance) but there might be a good buy every once in a while. If you're paying for delivery you're probably better off buying new elsewhere.

Great overall experience so far. Deliver handled by a third party was reasonably priced and then quickly installed the new machine and took the old one away.

I have been coming here for a long time because I have purchased numbers of items for my house. People are very helpful and give honest advice. They are not there for a Sale. I had issues with my product they have changed it without any questions. As an example my wife changed the wash machine twice. Manager was very professional and accommodating. I can tell nothing but nice things about this business. Recently, I went there for a fridge. Manager had offered me to send his own repairman to see if I really need a fridge before I make the purchase. This is a service. I recommend store for for what they are offering good used appliances. Thank you for being there. ?
