Signs and web page have different hours. Pulled in for inspection and he was closing. I said his hours said he was open another 30 minutes. He remarked TOO BAD. Guy is a total jerk. Go to Saratoga!!

Service was horrific. Lead mechanic constantly complained about his medical conditions; took it in for a state inspection on a classic car. He failed it saying the taillight didn't work...the taillight works. He just seems miserable. Sorry he isn't feeling well but it shouldn't bleed over to how he treats customers.

The clerk at the 7-11 register was very helpful in suggesting how to bundle snack purchases for discounts -but- was pushy with numerous customers by trying to get them to enter their mobile telephone numbers when making transactions. Maybe entering a cell phone number brings a discount, but sometimes customers just don't want to disclose more of their personal information for big companies to manipulate. I'm not blaming the clerk -- his coworker or manager was urging him to get more telephone numbers from customers.

Great service and honest pricing. We took our vehicle to Hall’s for a second opinion and they quickly determined that a different tire shop had tried to upsell us on repairs that were not needed. Highly recommend this business!!

Great service. We were heading south for a permanent relocation and the front driver side caliper seized. They got us in and the car fixed within hours. So grateful they were so helpful. Honest, hard working, and professional.

Safety inspectors will fail vehicles for issues that are NOT illegal in VA; looking to make money. I was a state inspector for many years before I changed occupations. One gets presented with rejection stickers for things that no other shop would fail you for. They then try to sell you these "necessary" items. For those unfamiliar with the automotive world, take heed and get a second opinion. Keep your hard earned money.

I've been going to this location since I moved to the area 20 years ago. I had the good fortune to break down in my Chevy Cavalier and roll into the lot. I had previously had the vehicle in 2 dealerships and several repair shops and none had been able to repair the car. The owner was there and after listening to my explanation of the problem he knew exactly what was wrong and it was easily corrected , Since then I have always taken my vehicles there, they have been honest, helpful and polite to myself and my wife whenever we have dealings with them

I used to deliver parts to this place 10 years ago. I was recently there, it has not much changed. I used to work for the service manager, he doesn't recognize me in my Covid mask!

Very friendly and helpful. I walked up to the counter and ask for a tool. The gentleman knew exactly what I need unfortunately they didn't have it in stock.

21 year customer and the best around. Tells you what you need when you need it. Won’t sell you something you don’t need.

I’m sure they do good work but I just paid over $100 for an oil change. I also paid another $100 just to have them look at my car. They ended up recommending a $1300 tune-up (spark plugs and coils). Not a good place to take your car if you are cost sensitive.

Superior customer service, fair prices. I used to live across the street from this location, and have used them successfully for all manner of minor repairs and annual inspections. After moving out of the immediate area in 2015, I started going elsewhere. A few weeks ago, I was driving down 286 on my way to work and my TPMS sensor went off. Shortly thereafter, I could tell the tire was flat. I was in professional attire and had to be in DC for a meeting later that morning. Taking a risk, I elected to drive to this location on the flat as they had air outside and I was hoping it would be an easy solution. I showed up at 6:15 and quickly discovered that there was no way to inflate the tire. After going inside, I met the owner of the shop who - despite it being 45 minutes before they opened - stopped everything he was doing to help me out. He came out, tried to inflate the tire, then opened up the garage to put my truck on a lift and inspect it only to discover that the tire had been punctured by a metal bar and was not repairable. Understanding my professional obligations, he prioritized the change and told me he'd have his mechanic put on a spare as soon as he arrived so I could get on the road as soon as possible. I was out the door by 7:15 and able to make my meeting. It would have been easy... even completely acceptable... to have asked me to wait the 45 minutes until they opened so he could finish getting the shop ready for opening. Instead, he took the time to drop everything he was doing and help out. That's a solid business model and a rarity in this area. I'd absolutely recommend this place.

Web page say inspectors until 6 and they close at 3. I asked the guy if he knew and he said yes....didn't care at all. Go somewhere else and stay away from this clown
