I’ve read some of these reviews and have a hard time believing there isn’t more to the story behind the bad ones. I love this H&M location because it’s soooo organized and the customer service is excellent! The employees are knowledgeable and helpful, they were able to quickly locate an item for me that I saw on the website.
Having worked retail in the past I know lines can be an issue for any store but I don’t know how people expect a store to stay clean (which this one always is when I’ve been in) if every worker is at the register.

Be mindful of safety when shopping at this store, especially near closing time.
I visited H&M about 30 minutes before closing and checked out around 8:50 PM. As I was leaving, I accidentally hit my head on the lowered gate near the entrance. Unfortunately, there was no prior warning or notification that the gate had been lowered to head level, which created a safety hazard.
The sign stating that the door should remain unlocked while the store is occupied was visible, but this didn’t address the lowered gate. The manager and an employee were standing nearby when the incident happened, but I was disappointed by their response. Despite asking twice for a place to sit, I didn’t receive assistance.
I requested to file an incident report, and the manager assured me I would be contacted the next day. However, I never heard back and had to follow up with H&M customer service myself to ensure the report was on file. While they assured me they were taking the matter seriously, I didn’t receive any follow-up.
I hope the store can improve its safety measures and staff training to prevent incidents like this from happening again. In the meantime, I encourage other shoppers to exercise caution when entering or leaving, especially near closing time.

I came into the store today at 11/11/24 6:30pm. The cashier was extremely slow. I was trying to purchase a sweater and they were advertising 30% off all sweaters and coats. I clearly had a sweater in my hand and she didn’t give the sale. She said it was a sweatshirt, but if I’m not mistaken a sweatshirt had a hood on it. She also rudely said told you once she came back to assist me lol. I left it right it right there and left. I won’t be back to this location.

Checkout lines are super long with 1 person (or 2 if you're lucky) at the counter. Poor customer service.

Cashier w/ a mask and glasses is not consistent with discounts given. There’s extra 50% off sales today. My receipt says 15% off manually entered while another got 50% off, and we both bought sale items. Guess it depends on the cashier’s mood who she wants to give the actual discount.

Great sale staff who help to locate items for purchase. Cashier is terrible, no greeting, and just left purchase item unfold on table with out any words.

I had a disappointing experience at the Springfield Town Center's H&M. The excessively long lines were frustrating, and the employees seemed indifferent, only coming to the register when the line extended throughout the entire store. When I finally reached the front, the cashier's rude response and tone left a sour impression. Customer service seemed lacking, making me question the staff's readiness for their roles.

It took 10 minutes to find a dress, and we waited in several lines for 30. At each, there was only one person ahead of us and yet the cashiers all seemed confused. Loud music, an alarm going off somewhere in the mall, etc., was enough to drive me insane. The dress was inexpensive but the tights were too much! I definitely will not come back here.
