Filthy store and staff members around every corner trying to sell you something and hold you verbal hostage.

Bought a grill from here a year ago and they were supposed to assemble a new grill and deliver it but they used a floor model which was dirty and dusty at the time and my grill has been rusting away even with a cover on. Never had this issue with grills.

The staff here are amazing! Nixon and Terrence in particular were so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Helped me get exactly the right parts to get the job done. Thanks!

Home Depot does not warranty their Husky tools "Lifetime" warranty. It actually means "maybe a year or so", or "we don't warranty Husky tools - call them", or "lookup corporate". After speaking to 3 staff at the Springfield store they had no idea. None of the 3 staff actually looked at the tool, but all assured me the lifetime warranty would not be honored.
I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, and the with Consumer Protection Section of the VA Attorney General.
very poor form to offer "lifetime" warranty and then have no intention of remotely honoring it. So Husky tools don't really have a warranty.

Seriously? Currently stuck in the carousel call where they say they'll look it up and then return us to the main menu. Same exact issue a year ago. Probably the same manager 'diamond' again... ??
Update: corporate offered us $105 and a tomorrow delivery. That's minus the $80 delivery fee so $25 for costing us a day of work and ISYN 56 minutes in two calls. ??. They said the store would call us to 'apologize'.
If i pulled that at work today or any day, I'd be DONE. But wait there's more...
Update: they never called or delivered so i had to call and spend 36 more minutes and 76 rings before anyone picked up it was sent to dale city va and now they can't deliver for 3 more days and offered another 25 for the inconvienience... I'm canceling. Now i am on hold unwillingly to talk to the manager after another 20 minutes lame company. I'll update on this saga... 23 more minutes and i disputed the charge before they finally canceled...

Employees are friendly and helpful if available. But the shelves are poorly stocked (a lot of hardware disorganized or out of stock) and getting in, parked and then out of the garage is horrible. They recently put up brutally punishing speed bumps too. You'll wait three light cycles to exit as only three or four cars go through at a time. In short, better go for a good reason.

Installing a speed hump at the major arterial entrance is an easy way to lose customers. Safety is important, but creating an unsafe situation for the incoming overflow traffic is not considered.
