Had my daughter’s car throw a bunch of codes. Brought it to HRM and they diagnosed and fixed the car in a reasonable amount of time. Ron and Tim were very easy to work with and kept me in the loop as we waited on parts. Very good experience working with them and my family will be going back as services are needed.

Their name says it all - Honest, Reliable Mechanics. From the moment you walk in you now you are in a good place. They don't charge crazy fees, they use great parts and quality oil. Ron is a salt of the earth kinda guy, the kind you want in your corner when things start smoking and flashing!! As a female I am 100% comfortable taking my vehicle there without the worry of them taking advantage of me.

HRM and Ron were helpful with my window regulator issue. I had investigated the cost. And it was not cheap. I found them professional and explained the issues upfront. I believe their price was fair and service on target. I would recommend.

Ron and the team of mechanics at HRM are the tip of the spear when it comes to maintaining your car. My neighbor recommended HRM to me and I have been completely satisfied with the customer service, pricing, and transparency about what needs to be done for my cars. If I could give these gentlemen 10 ⭐️ I would! I was on my way to the beach for family vacation and my engine decided to be difficult. Fortunately I was able to get it off 95 and into HRM’s lot. So much gratitude for them being open before 8:00 in the morning. There are not enough generous words for Ron and all his help! The owner (sorry I forget his name) also came out to look at my engine and he too was kind and honest. I truly believe the Universe guided me to them. I am filled with immense gratitude and appreciation for all they’ve done for me in this situation. They truly are H(honest) R(reliable) M(mechanics) full of integrity!!!!! Much love and many blessings to them.

Five-star service every time! I’ve had consistently great experiences here. The customer service (Ron) is always top-notch — he is patient, professional, and takes the time to thoroughly answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. The waiting area (and the entire shop) is pristine, which speaks to the pride they take in their work. Most importantly, they’re trustworthy and genuinely pleasant to deal with. It’s clear they care about both your car and your experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable, high-quality service from people who truly know what they’re doing.

I was recommended to come here for a second assessment for my vehicle, as I was being quoted at another car shop for things that needed to be done to my car. Turns out, Ron was able to check out my car and found out I was being overcharged at the other place. Highly recommend coming here for future car maintenance

The good folks at HRM Automotive genuinely live up to their ethos of honesty and reliability, with excellent pricing and customer service. I mentioned that another shop had recommended that I address a suspension issue and asked if they could take a look. They examined it and told me there wasn't actually any problem—when they easily could have said otherwise to make a sale. Ron took care of me and was friendly, professional, and very personable. Having experienced the deceptive and scam-like tactics of dealership, I was looking for an honest and trustworthy mechanic who I could develop a relationship with to service our cars. Went through a number of mechanics near my locale and found HRM Automotive with a lot of nice reviews. Fair enough I thought I’ll give them a try.
I found Ron and Lloyd to be straight-up honest and trustworthy gentlemen in my interactions with them. I like to learn about my cars and do my own research but sometimes I have a lot of questions, Ron and Lloyd were happy to answer all my questions and sometimes (when it’s possible to do so) also show me the state of the vehicle up close which not only clarifies my understanding of the vehicle but also inspires confidence in the work being done on my vehicles.
They are also accommodative to their customers needs when it is possible to do so. To me the most important thing I was looking for in a mechanic I wanted to keep a long lasting relationship with was honesty, trust and expertise, and I am happy to say I found all of these rare traits in HRM Automotive.

We’ve been taking our cars to HRM for over 15 years and have had nothing but excellent service. Recently I took our 2019 Hyundai to the dealer for a possible warranty issue. Turned out the issue was not covered and the dealer’s estimate was $810. I took it to HRM where they performed the work - with a genuine Hyundai part - for $230. I have all routine maintenance performed at HRM even for cars under warranty. I trust them completely.

From initially contacting the business to completing my vehicle’s service, I had a fantastic experience. Tim and Ron were extremely helpful, personable, and assisted me with throughout the process and I felt informed. They saved me quite a bit of money with my Volvo compared to what I’ve gone through at a dealership and they were able to address a multitude of codes that had popped up in the computer. I’ve struggled to find a decent mechanic who is willing to deal with a Volvo. This is definitely now my new go to! Highly recommend.

This is the only shop I will take my vehicle to, the entire team is so friendly and helpful. They live up their name as they are truly Honest and Reliable! Tim and Ron run the shop as people who really care about their customers. John is an excellent technician (I'm sure they all are here) but I call him Dr. John because he always helps sort out what is going on with my 12 year old Land Rover. Keeps it running in tip top shape even with 175,000 miles on it and counting! Take your vehicle here. You won't regret it.
