I called this guy (Roger) today and phone goes to voice mail. He calls me back and acts like he is angry that I didn't know who he was. I never met the guy and called a 202 number that's doing business in Springfield.
I advised him that I wouldn't know who he was and asked him his name and told him mine. He continued in a nasty voice stance, as if I was disturbing him.
I advised him that I'd be very weary of working with someone like this. He blew that off as well.
I sure hope he treats his other customers better than he treated me as I needed his services. SMH

I normally do my own taxes, but this year my wife and I ran into a few complications due to a recent property sale. At wits end, I contacted Roger, he reviewed everything and completed/filed all the necessary information for Federal & State returns. To say he's a life saver is an understatement! Roger is a keeper! As tax proffesionals go, he's both efficient and detail-oriented. Simple example: l made a mistake in the spelling of my son's name from the year before. After writing down the steps to resolve the issue with the IRS, he remembered to ask me a year later if l took care of it. I was impressed he remembered as he has a large client base! Roger Balingi is all about treating his clients well while taking care of their tax return business with his professional expertise.In terms of my personal experience, Roger truly is so patient and kind. I had gotten into a psychological bind re: my tax returns not being done for two years and staring at the second year’s extension deadline. I truly did not know where to turn. My tax returns had been handled for the previous 20 years by a former colleague, so I was facing the prospect of a cold start with a stranger.I interviewed a number of companies and tax preparers when searching for professional services. My very first phone consult with Roger made all the difference — he was both confident and encouraging that my tax prep issues (multiple sources of income, a consulting business, multiple properties) were very solvable - and quickly! Every subsequent interaction we had quickly strengthened my own confidence that I had made the right choice with IBM Tax Services.In terms of my “business” experience, Roger was absolutely terrific about answering my questions along the way, as we reviewed forms, schedules, revenue, expenses, and deductibles. He is easy to work with virtually, and the client portal for documentation upload and download is simple, secure and efficient. My two years of returns were prepared in draft, reviewed by me and then reviewed jointly with Roger, then finalized and submitted by Roger to the IRS in a matter of days!The returns were processed by the IRS with no glitches in late November, and two REFUNDS were electronically deposited in my bank the week before Christmas!
