I got yelled at by a worker while in the fitting room, but nobody was attending the rooms when I got there, and when I tried to explain myself to Khalid he cut me off mid sentence and walked off.

This place has gone downhill over the last few years. Here’s my experience today. Only 2 checkouts on the first floor open at opposite ends of store, changing room closest to men’s clothes is closed (having to walk to the other side of the store to try clothes on) and has been for a couple weeks (had to come for a exchange), wait for credit card application in front of me at one of the checkouts which took forever (so essentially, 1 checkout, why not call another cashier in these situations to help at the second register), both up and down escalators out of order and not open to being used as stairs even, finally get to cashier and find out exchanges can only be done upstairs in customer service (maybe my fault?), get to customer service with 3 people ahead of me and of course, one person in sight to help, online order issue with the guy in front of me, slightly redeemed when lady said she could help me real quick while they researched his issue more). Ugh.

Good luck trying anything on or be okay with standing in line forever. They need to open more fitting rooms or allow for non gendered fitting rooms.
Only one woman’s fitting room was open and there was a line of women waiting. I went to find another option. The men’s fitting room was wide open with no one waiting and all were open. The female attendant refused to let me in and kept pointing me back to the women’s side. Absolutely ridiculous that a room with a door has to be so protected.

I called to confirm a portrait appointment and the lady kept acting that she could not hear me and would slam the phone. I had a friend of mine call as well and they did the same to him. I even called the main like because I thought maybe it was just the portraits phone that could not hear me but the lady at the main line did the same thing. These people do not want to work or help others. All I wanted was to confirm the photos. Please do not book here
