Probably one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The staff is immaculate, very clean showroom, and had all the available options I needed. The manager, Gerson, is a gem and helped me find everything I needed in a very timely manner. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good shopping experience.

I had a great experience at the Journeys at Springfield. Employees greeted me as soon as I walked in and I truly appreciated that. I went to the Journey Kidz just a walk away - and employees did not greet me or acknowledge me until I walked up to them and asked a question. Shout out to Monica the Store Manager for leading as an example and treating every customer with a smile.

Last week I went into this store not really looking for anything specific. The employees were friendly upon me entering so I continued to look around. I stumbled upon some boots and gave them a try. I ended up trying on a few pair and the people working were ever so kind to me while doing so. I absolutely loved the vibe in the store and ended up purchasing a pair of Docs and some socks. Wonderful customer service! Terrell was the name of the guy working and I can’t remember the names of the two women. All were amazing! Will be going back there for any shoes I need in the future!

I have NEVER done this but I give this Journeys a -5 stars due to the incoherent verbal abusive manager Yousef. The day of my purchase (Uggs size4) he appeared to be under the influence. Didn’t verify both shoes sizes & sold me the box with no lid stating he could provide a “discount”. I had to use my OWN coupon for the purchase….However when I arrived home I realized the shoe was a size 2&4. I contacted the store & they told me to make the exchange for the correct size.Arriving to the store I explained the situation to a worker which directed me to Yousef. He proceeded to neglect the issue, stating his inventory was up to date, stating I had gone home to switch out the sizes, stating he was not going to do anything to help. I repeatedly told him to careful check all shoe boxes - he belligerently stated that I was lying & would not do a refund or exchange.After going back & forth for about 15-20mins I took matters into my hands & checked his display inventory finding the size 4 Ugg shoe. I advised him that I would contact the district manager which is when he began to apologize & changed his demeanor and gave me a $5 off coupon of a $25 purchase.

I went to look at some shoes in Journeys yesterday. 3 -4 sales people (1 at the register and the others engaged in conversation behind the register), no customers when I entered. No greeting. Couldn't find the shoe and asked the salesperson at the register, who to be fair was boxing something u. Very little help. None of the other employees offered to help. Found the shoe myself. Another couple entered. They received a greeting and were offered assistance. I put the shoe down and left.2 stars because the store was at least clean and they looked like they had a nice selection.

I had an employee help me try on almost every Dr.Martin during the holidays. She was very helpful in helping be figure out what style I wanted. The store was very busy because it was the holidays but she had no problem assisting me with finding the right boot

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had! I’ve already posted on yelp but I came in to visit the store again today in the late afternoon and the same young lady was working and helped me out once again! I wrote down her name this time to spell it correctly. If anyone goes in the store ask for Michaela, she’s the manager there. Absolutely amazing young lady. Extremely kind girl. She makes you feel right at home.

Poor service, they didnt bother to ask if i needed shoes to try on. Just told me not to touch the shoes they have for purchase instead of helping me find a shoe size.
