I took my car to this workshop for an evaluation, and after that, we agreed on a repair where I would bring the parts myself. They told me to call them once I had everything ready, which I did. When I called to ask when would be a good time to bring the car and if I needed to make an appointment, they said it wasn’t necessary — I could just bring it whenever I wanted. I even told them the exact day I would come, and they said it was fine.
The day before, I called again to confirm, and they assured me they could do the job and that I should bring the car in. So I drove half an hour to get there, only to be told that they were “too busy” and didn’t know if they could actually do the repair. After insisting that it had already been agreed with them, they reluctantly took the car — only to keep it for about thirty minutes and then tell me they wouldn’t repair it after all.
Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time. They had already given me a quote and agreed on everything, only to back out at the last minute. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Owner (Mr. Moon & Mr. Lim) is very friendly and reasonable person.
They provided me right information and knowledge about vehicle maintenance.

2019 F150 tranny failure... Didn't dare take it back to the dealer (who has screwed it up several times!). Checked with another local repair place, seemed way too pricey. Did my added research, and these guys get good marks. Easy to work with, delivered when promised, communicative on the process... and, about $3K less than the local guys (and I'm sure much cheaper'n the dealership who'd have dorked it up again). Truck works great, maybe better'n new. Shame that the tranny gives out well before 70k...

Towed my car here last week after my CSC gave out in my clutch, was told they needed to have look and run a diagnostic for the problem before they could quote me even though I knew the issue beforehand. They never called me back and when I called them they told me I needed a new clutch, when asked for pictures of the bad clutch they claimed they already put it back and it was old and worn. They didn’t know I had just changed my clutch less than a year ago. In the end when I called their bluff they said they were recommending a new clutch and never stated i need one. They NEVER even took a look at my car because if they did, they would’ve known it was the CSC like I stated when I first dropped off the car. Very shady practices quoting services that I did not need. Come here at your own caution.

Really honest, helpful, and fair prices. They are the type of mechanic that you stick with or use to cross check other mechanic’s prices. I had oil changes, transmission fluid flush, and brake pad/rotor replacement.

The wonderful reviews on this website are true about this business. The Team at JPTAS is outstanding. They have a great sense of urgency, consistent communication , and amazing prices. My transmission quote was $2000 - $3000 less than other quotes. The job was completed in a timely manner. My vehicle was returned just as clean as when I dropped it off. I can’t say enough great things about this business. So blessed we have such a reputable business in area.

These guys are amazing! I was told by a different mechanic I would need my transmission removed to fix a leak I had and after taking my truck here, they didn’t take advantage of that information and had a way to do the repair without removing the transmission saving me significant money. They also changed my oil and my battery. They do everything! Great honest people. I’m also one of those annoying customers that checks in constantly and Dom was patient and communicated quickly with me through the entire process. Great experience! They also did this repair which was major, in one day so I have my truck to pick my friends up at the airport for thanksgiving. Highly recommend these guys!
