I dropped my boxes at Manila Oriental. It takes so long for them to enter the tracking at LBC.com. Payment doesnt clear yet and it takes about more than a month beforea check clears with the bank. I tried visiting their site and its always close and no one answers the phone.

Worst customer service ever! This Springfield, VA branch does not even deserve one star! Went there on several occasions on a normal business hour and the staff, most of the time, refused to accommodate customers because he says "he's busy". People usually drive a long way just to send packages at this branch and it's really annoying when the guy refuse to accommodate us and even worse, they close the store just like that - whenever they want it even if it is during their normal business hours. No one answers the phone even if you call every half an hour. What kind of a business establishment is this? Called their 1 (800) number 3x times (on 3 different occasions) to complain in a very calmly manner....the last time was last week....and guess what....the customer service rep is rude in a way that she does not even let me finish my sentence, lol! Very unprofessional.Typical toxic trait.

Office phone never answered. Messages never returned. Went there twice last week on “Open” days and they were closed. No message left on phone. When they are actually open they are great. Just need a better phone system to provide valid information.

Is this a fake company. Can never make contact by phone. No one never respond for call backs. And read bad reviews of in person contact.

So, you are only open Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays??Sent November 6, 2021 I came in January 11, 2022 but the office was closed because the man was loading cargo towards a truck. I came in January 12, 2022at 10:00 am but the office was closed. I drove from DC just to go to this branch. poor service

So disappointed of this place, I called before dropping off the boxes..I asked if they open cla Wednesday they said yes..it was closed when we arrived..twice already..first we went at 11am..now it's 3pm.. we're still far from where we came from..
