Rachel and Annie blessed us with some very beautiful nail art. From the detailed winter wonderland vibes by Rachel to Annie’s French manicure with a perfect snowflake and gem, you always get quality nail art from the staff at Lily’s.
10/10 quality and service. Both had yummy hot tea and offered some sweet treats.

I went because I didn't have time to go to my regular salon. Needed dip removed from my natural nails and gel polish. The tech broke 3 of my nails causing them to need to be filed and then I was charged an additional $8.50 because my nails needed to be filed? My nails are uneven and look terrible. I also had a $5 coupon from when I used to go there associated with my account and the person behind the desk did not let me apply it.

I live just 5 minutes from this nail shop and thought I had finally found the technician I wanted to stay with. Unfortunately, every time I called to book with her, the receptionist would leave me in silence without checking or responding. I even had to ask: “May I please make an appointment or talk to her?” just to get any acknowledgment. That is rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
There are many other nail salons in the area, and I will take my business elsewhere. Paying customers deserve respect, and this shop clearly does not value that.

I’m so glad I came here! Annie is the BEST. She’s the most sweetest and amazing at giving the best clean girl nails and cleanest pedicure! All the staffs are so kind and welcoming as well!

Updating my review because I came for my second visit and I absolutely LOVE my nails!!! The pictures speak for themselves!!!
My co worker’s nails always look nice, so I asked her where she goes and she reccomended me this salon. I got a gel mani and pedi and they are not even chipped! I only have to go back because they are grown out! The pedicure was amazing and their work is clean and professional. The salon is also beautiful. Definitely reccomend! My tech was hannah!

I booked an appointment for 3:30pm with Annie via the online portal for a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure, and the appointment was confirmed. As I was driving to the appointment I get a call at 3:15pm that Annie was still working with another client and she wouldn’t be able to get to me until 4:30pm. Either Annie has poor time management, took a walk in when she had another client booked, or there is an issue with their online booking process, or all the above, this is unacceptable and I cancelled my appointment and will not be booking a future appointment
