What an embarassment to the Ann Taylor/Loft corporation! Employee was standing behind the register on her phone ignoring customers, then walked away and customers just left clothes on the register stand and walked out instead of making purchases. What appears to be the manager was doing a floor set with her back to and ignoring customers.

The person in charge at the time was super rude to her own associates and the customers. She wouldn’t let them ring out the customers while there was a long line, and got mad at us for exchanging an item.

Great selection of clothes, very organized and clean store but above all the staff was Amazing. Aly went above and beyond helping us find the right pair of jeans. She was so sweet and patient. She even gave us bottled water. It's hard to get great quality customer service that she provided in most stores now a day. Thanks Aly!

The store manager treats customers of color differently from white customers. I have two encounters so far where I was treated differently with disrespect. It was very obvious that the store manager used a different tone to me compared to white customers in front of me. Today I went to pick up an online order. I went in with sweats because it was pouring out and I just went there to quickly pick up my order. When I gave her my name and mentioned that I have an email confirmation for her to verify, the store manager looked me up and down and said she needs additional ID to make sure I’m “the right person” to pick up the order. Why can’t my email on my iPhone, with my name on the account, be enough confirmation?! Why do I get carded for picking up an online order? This is not my first time encountering such unpleasant experience from the same woman. I hope they check their blind spots for racism.
