William the owner is soooo awesome! He has done work on my BMW GT 550 XDrive and it's always done correctly. I trust his knowledge and expertise and he is my mechanic period! He is a fair and honest with his prices and he explains things and I don't feel he is trying to "get over" which concerns me since I am a woman and many times I am not trusting of shops because they just wanna suggest repairs that you don't even need , as the dealer has done numerous times! I always feel confident when I have an issue with car when I contact William because I trust him...
He will not steer you wrong , as a matter of fact I told my son whom just bought a 2020 Honda Civic in March that William is the man to go to when and if he needs service on his car! So if you have a need for quality and excellent service go here!!!!

Excellent service, honest and very professional. European Auto will not sell you parts or services that you don’t need. William will give you advise on what is best for your repair and will save you money. Very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend European Auto. Ask for William or Bashir.

Excellent service from William and his staff. I appreciate how William explains what is needed and what is being done to car - and encourages you to find the best price on the market ( not from him) for a part if needed in his repair. Reasonable prices and quality results - I have just found my Mercedes mechanic in the DMV area !

Truly amazing quality customer service. They take their time they’re honest and do not overcharge. I really appreciate the way they went out of their way to assist me during the holiday time. I have recommended them to everybody. I know I will definitely be coming back.

The business was recommended to my husband by an acquaintance. They met and exceeded his expectations. They not only did excellent work, the pricing was fair and competitive. My personal experience with European Auto was beyond excellent. I took my car there because my engine went out and needed to be replaced. As we all know an engine replacement is not cheap, however William (the owner) offered to put me on a flexible payment plan in order to get me back on the road. I had just landed a new job and couldn't afford to miss work. I was more than excited and appreciative ofsuch a kind gesture. This couldnt have come at a better time because was in need of a new car seat and other things for my toddler. This is the first and only mechanic that has showed empathy to me as a customer and stood behind his word. I would highly recommend this shop as the first stop for all of your automotive repairs. I've found a new mechanic and friend for life!

In todays day and age, it's hard and stressful to find someone that you trust working under your hood, and even more difficult to find someone that isn't going to take advantage of you. Look no further than European Auto Service. They take the stress out of maintenance and car care. I've been taking my vehicle here for years. Will (the owner) is one of the kindest, most professional people I've ever met. I know that when my vehicle goes in for service the work is being done properly and I'm not being taken to the bank. For as long as I drive, I'll be taking my car here! You should too!
