I got this car 17 years ago and wouldn’t give it up for anything. I was concerned about the rust on the hood and fading paint on the roof. Chris and his team did a great job making my car look brand new again! Random dings and scratches are absolutely invisible, and the paint job really makes the car look so good. I’m so pleased with how it turned out.

I came here to get the side panels of my Toyota Rav 4 fixed. Excellent service, I highly recommend this place. The staff is professional and friendly, especially the supervisor who offered water on this hot day. It’s the little things and attention to details that made me write this review. Extremely welcoming staff and friendly atmosphere! A special shout out of thanks to Chris and Sky - they made our trips up and down 95 worth every minute. Pricing was fair and the overall quality of the paint job we received our Nissan Titan was excellent! We'll definitely refer this location to our friends and family.

Customer oriented service center. Provided with recommended options but also potential back up options allowing for us to make the best decision, all which were laid out in details. This place provided the best option for my car repair. Those servicing parts are were very knowledgeable, respectful, and customer centric. They were prompt and efficient. Thx Chris & team!

All i can say is wow. We had this car in our family since the late 90s . We wanted to restore it to our former glory and the results were amazing. Looks like how it did brand new. It had a bunch of paint peel and dents. Got them all removed and we wouldn’t be much happier . Now we can drive without getting embarrassed as a secondary car . Thank you Sky and Chris ! You guys are amazing!!!

I got my car painted in August 2022 and initially I was very happy. The paint matched perfectly and my car was clean inside and out. By around April 2023 I notice the paint chipping, I had it repainted again in August 2023. This time my car was returned to me with dirty floor mats, this is not the condition I left my car in when I gave it to them. I cannot get the stains out of the floor mats and I will eventually have to get them replaced. Additionally there was paint on my wipers and on my windshield. Once again by spring, my paint is cracking. I will see about going to elsewhere to get this painted a third time.
Lastly I want to add that I do not want to be hit on when I am picking up my car. I was expecting to pick up my car on a Saturday but hadn't heard back from this location so I was under the impression I would get a call on Monday. Saturday night, I got a call from an unfamiliar number hours the shop had closed but I did not pick up. I believe Chris called me from his personal cell phone to get my car, 7 hours after the shop had closed. This is creepy. I did not realize it was him until I called to see if my car was ready on Monday and he told me he already called me. He didn't even think to call me again on Monday from the shop's number. If I hadn't called I wouldn't have known my car was ready.

Very impressed with the quality of the new paint on my 2010 Honda Fit! It looks like a new car, and the price was lower than I expected. The entire customer experience was superb, thanks to Chris who made me feel like I was getting special attention through the entire process. It was a pleasure to do business with an establishment that still values customer relations and excellent work. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

I had a huge scratch on my bumper that was in the beginning stages of rusting so I took my car to MAACO for a paint job. Chris, who is one of the customer reps at the Springfield MAACO shop gave me a great deal and the paint specialist did a fantastic job with fixing my scratched up bumper! ??? The paint job is perfect and my car looks brand new again!???
