I usually don’t write a review for any business but!!
I’ve been bringing my car to Mr. Hwang for various maintenance needs, including oil changes, transmission fluid changes, brake fluid flushes, coolant flushes, spark plug replacements, and gasket changes. Mr. Hwang and his team are nothing short of phenomenal. His craftsmanship and attention to detail are exceptional. What truly sets him apart is his honest and accurate diagnoses—he always ensures that I understand exactly what needs to be done and why. The entire team shares his dedication and expertise, making it clear that they are a great group of mechanics who work seamlessly together. The quality of service is consistently top-notch, and their integrity makes them stand out in the automotive repair industry. I highly recommend Mr. Hwang and his team for anyone seeking reliable, expert car care.

✅️?It's so good that we can leave our feedback here and share our experience about the service with other people. It was based on the good reviews that I decided to seek help from Mr. Kevin in his workshop. I'm a woman and naturally I don't understand problems with cars. When problems "appeared on the display of my Toyota Prius," at first I tried to eliminate them as indicated in the operating instructions, then as advised on Internet forums, then as recommended by artificial intelligence, then as advised by familiar mechanics - nothing helped. When Mr. Kevin got into my car, turned it off, started it up again, listened to my complaints, and he, as a doctor, immediately made his diagnosis. When his assistants tested my car on the computer in front of me, Mr. Kevin's diagnosis turned out to be accurate! He gave me a reasonable price for replacing three parts. It turns out that Mr. Kevin scanned my car even before the computer did it. Guys, he sees right through your car! This is a MASTER with a capital letter. His workshops should become a network and stand on every corner. Moreover, he has selected an excellent friendly team of honest professionals. They are friendly and welcoming despite being very busy. I express great respect to such people who know and love their business very well. I watched their work a little bit, they work harmoniously, calmly, intently and understand each other perfectly. Given that they have a large flow of customers, they could overcharge for their work, but they stick to reasonable honest prices. They did all the work on time. I made a mistake and calculated the cost of the work incorrectly and paid more, but Mr. Kevin returned the extra money to me and gave me another discount. Mr. Kevin's company is a level that everyone should strive for! I really hope that these professional guys will open their own network of car repair shops.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kevin has been my mechanic since I was 15 years old. Not only have I been going to Kevin for 15 years NOW, but I’m also a Master tech myself. Kevin is one of the best mechanics I’ve seen in the entire nation. I highly recommend Kevin and his staff to everyone who wants their vehicles fixed right the first visit! He’s fast, reliable , and honest. I will never go to anyone else . Master auto care is a 5 star shop , with a prestigious staff.

I had to get my AC fixed and I wanted an estimate on how much it would be. Thankfully they had time to fix it that day and it didn’t take more than an hour.
What I didn’t know was that they were giving discounts. I would definitely recommend this place. Plus the customer service is great.

Was replacing my breaks after a long road trip up north and the mechanic had noticed a nail on my tire and he had shown me where it was impacted and had patched it. Didn’t take him that long to replace my breaks and patch my tire. Great service would recommend.

Mr. Kevin, who runs the auto repair shop, is one of the most honest and genuinely caring master mechanic that I have ever met. He will tell you exactly what is needed and what should be fixed and not fixed. I have observed how he treats his customers when they show up unannounced and he would go out of his way to assist. He would respond to text to schedule an appointment. He and his team are extremely busy so as long as you are not in a hurry, this is the best auto repair shop in the DMV. So grateful that we are able to find out about this place for our car cares.

Once again, Kevin performs excellent service. He went above and beyond to repair my 2002 Ford F-150 truck. It wouldn't pass emissions and he did whatever it took to make sure it passed. He is very fair with his pricing as well and only did what was required. I recommend him to all.

I got a flat tire on 495 due to road debris. I was able to make it to the next exit and then pull into the shell station that houses this auto body shop. They were able to help me immediately- patched my tire and had me out of there in 20 minutes for a great price. If I lived closer, they would be my regular mechanic.
