We had such a wonderful experience with Michael D. at Mattress Firm! From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly enthusiastic, helpful, and knowledgeable. We honestly weren’t sure what we wanted at first, but Michael was so patient and understanding, taking the time to explain everything and help us find exactly what fit our needs and budget.
What really stood out was how kind and genuine he was just a really sweet, soulful person who made the whole process feel easy and even fun. We’ve been so stressed out trying to get everything together lately, and he truly lightened up our day. You can tell he really cares about people, not just making a sale.

Jerome has been extremely helpful in choosing everything I needed for my queen-size mattress. He was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Second store I went to looking for my daughter’s bed. Immediately I was greeted by MICHAEL D., he was extremely kind and caring. He asked what I was looking gave him specifics and he delivered. He showed me exactly what I asked for. I definitely recommend him if you are needing to buy a mattress
