Great experience! I had one-to-one attention. They were highly knowledgeable and but also humble and listened to my preferences and needs. No pressure to buy extra things, and I could tell they enjoyed helping other runners find the right fitting shoe. Will definitely be back!

Mr. Richard Poorman, Did an Outstanding Job with customer service. Prior to fitting me for shoes 👞, he did a quality analysis and assessment by having me walk 🚶♀️ on the Gait Analysis. Staff knowledge is questionable. It was the time of the year to replace my and my wife's running shoes. I heard good things about this store and the reviews looked excellent, so I decided to give it a chance. During the visit, my main concern was my wife's running form. When we would run together outdoors, I can hear her feet coming down hard on the pavement. This would explain a lot of the injuries sustained and probably required a shoe with more cushion. I brought this up with the sales staff and the person helping me completely dismissed my concern based on a short run on the treadmill. He stated he wasn't sure how I came to that conclusion. I came to that conclusion based on a multi mile run, not a less than minute jog on a treadmill.
My next poor experience was when we got to my shoe selection. I stated my feet were wide and the running shoes I had previously were wide. The sales associate brought out a normal width shoe, which was too tight. I feel like he wasn't even listening to anything coming out of my mouth.
After trying on multiple shoes, I settled with a pair he recommended. I went for a few runs and these shoes hurt unlike my last pair. I thought they just needed some breaking in but 2 months in and they still feel off. I'm also getting injuries I've never had with my last 2 pair of running shoes.
I know this chain has a good reputation, but this particular visit and store was not a good experience and I probably won't be going back again.

Once again, shopping at the Springfield PR Run & Walk store is incredible. Their attention to the details of my feet, and how I walk, and should walk most comfortably are foremost in their approach. I am appreciative of their knowledge and easy going personalities. A pleasure to shop there. Many thanks

Staff was very thorough and knowledgable! Absolutely no complaints, and ended up spending less $ than anticipated. Go here if you are serious about walking, hiking, or running.

The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. They do not try to push stuff on you. Went in with the shoe I wanted in mind, left with a different shoe with their advice. I have 30 miles on them so far and love them!

Reminded why I don’t shop here today.
No greeting, no welcome. Even when busy, it takes a second and sets expectations. 7-Eleven can say “hi”, why can’t a running store that sells $120+ shoes do the same? And by busy, I am referring to 6 total people in the store with 2 employees... Only one working with 2 of the customers. A father and son waiting awkwardly outside the shoe area... the rest of the store, empty.
Oh well!? ✌️out home slice.

PR was recommended by my orthotics provider. He noted that I needed new running shoes, but suggested that I wait until I had the inserts. I asked him for a shoe recommendation but he preferred to provide a store recommendation that would help fit shoes properly. PR was one of two stores suggested. I made an appointment and was pleased with the (1) assessment of needs and (2) shoe options provided for both running and hiking shoes. I've run twice in the running shoes and hiked once (3 miles). Both shoes are great. I am very pleased with the shoes/store/service experience.

I stopped by the store a couple of weeks ago to get new walking shoes. Upon arrival, Richard greeted me and asked how he could help. I explained that I have been to this store before and needed new shoes. He brought out about two pairs of shoes, loved the looks and feel of both, and left a happy customer. Thanks for the great service Richard.

My visit to PR running was the first time I’ve ever had my feet fitted for running shoes. Christina was soo helpful and nice throughout the whole process. Despite the store getting really busy, she was able to juggle multiple customers at one. She also allowed us to try out several different options of running shoes and I found one a pair that I loved! Definitely my favorite and best fitting pair of running shoes.
