Personell were competent, friendly & efficient. I was able to book an appointment the same day. And they took me at the appointed time. Provided me with options on my resonator replacement and completed the work faster than anticipated. Overall, a 5 star business that I would definitely consider for future work. While waiting, I overheard explanations to two customers. Both were presented in a simple but thorough manner, with logical options-Important.

Great service and no issues with the oil change but when I got new tires they mounted them on the incorrect side which I then just paid the Honda dealership to correct when I went to get my car serviced there.

I had a broken tail light and scheduled an appointment online to get it fixed. The experience was easy and pleasant from start to finish.They got the job done quickly and I was in and out within about 20 minutes despite how busy they were. This is my go-to location and highly recommend them for any repairs!

Needed an alignment and they were able to take me same day. But 2 issues, first the alignment was supposed to be $120 (after a $20 coupon). Ended up being 136 because of $10 shop fee. This should be factored into their quotes. Or at least displayed somewhere. Also there’s a 3% credit card fee added. Supposedly there’s a cash price and credit card price but this doesn’t apply if you use a coupon. This should’ve been my first red flag.
Second, I got the alignment after buying a set of new tires. After picking up the car, I have been driving it and noticed the steering wheel is not level and I feel like the tires in the back feel…odd weird when Im driving…Almost wobbly. And after looking at the spec sheet given, two alignment specs are not within the official alignment range. Now I have to bring the car back to get these redone. This should’ve been done correctly the first time. I’ll update my review after taking back the car.

Had service twice in the last week. Fair prices and trustworthy. They could’ve not passed my brakes as they were close and gotten the extra job, but they advised me of the need in the near future and I made a decision to come back to them. We will be back.

Had a problem with my tire this morning. The team was great! Better than great!!
Andrew was very speedy in helping customers on the phone calling in, while answering all my questions with knowledge and expertise and outstanding customer service. Lamar the technician was very helpful by providing tips and recommendations for me and did a superb job on my tire and rim. I’m so thankful to God for the best experience I could have asked for on what started off as a horrible problem, ended by a major boost of my day by such a amazing job by the staff here. Second to none!!
