Josh, the store manager, was incredibly helpful. He greeted me at the door, attentively listened to my concerns, and provided excellent pricing and insights on what he believed was the best course of action. I've been a customer for nearly two years, and I highly recommend this location to anyone, particularly when Josh is on duty.

I feel the owner and staff are very competent and honest. On two occasions, they recommended they NOT do a particular service I requested because it was not needed. They were very thorough. I needed several repairs, and they worked through issues to get it all done in one day, so I did not have to schedule another visit. I appreciated that. Friendly and professional staff.

I stopped going to my dealer because they wouldn’t answer the phone. I started coming to the Midas in Springfield they are AMAZING!Staff is nice! And I never have a long wait time when I have an appointment.Thanks Midas !!!

Been loyal for almost 13 years and they paid me trying to scam me with an excessive repair. I went for a second opinion and the estimate was 6 times cheaper. Im not going back.

My truck needed a lot of repairs and I though they were trying to pull a fast one. I needed up speaking with a really smart man named Josh who explained everything about what and why the I was having the issue. The repair wasn’t cheap but I felt my vehicle was in good hands and the work was done correctly.

Whenever anyone in my family is due for a car service or parts replacement, this is the go-to auto shop for us. From the respectful check-in experience to the detailed work the technicians carry out, we always leave satisfied and reassured that our cars are well taken care of by this Midas team. They’re straightforward and transparent when communicating with you about any changes that should be done to your car without pressuring or trying to upcharge you discreetly. I’ve also noticed that they try their best to accommodate patrons who arrive at the wrong time or day of their appointment and fit them into the day’s schedule, an effort I commend them for given the business and nature of their trade. I can’t say enough great things about them, so be sure to pay them a visit when you’re in need of auto care!

I came to this location because the previous location I went to closed. Prior to coming in I called to make sure brakes and rotors services were available here to which manager Josh help me.When I came in he already knew what services I need without ever meeting me. He educated me for future reference. He listened, remembered and was pleasant.

I recently visited this Midas location in need of new tires and brakes and wow! The manager Josh went above and beyond for my car and has it running like new. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of service and will absolutely be returning here in the future for any repair needs.

Excellent customer service! They provided quick help when I found a bolt in my tire. Fair pricing and the team makes sure to explain everything to you. Will definitely come to this Midas location again and highly recommend them!

We were recommended by a friend and so glad we went. Josh was amazing with the best customer service! My girlfriend was in and out in no time and was able to get answers to all the questions she had. Very happy we chose this location!
