The service at this shop is unbelievably terrible. We were charged for a service that was not performed because their machine was broken. When asking for a refund, the manager said it would take 3-5 business days. Fast forward to one month later, still no refund. I call the center and speak to the manager Omar who places me on hold for 40mins. I decided to drive directly there while still on hold only to find the manager standing at the front desk doing nothing. He smirked and fiddled around before telling me there’s nothing he could do. I find it completely disrespectful and poor customer service. Will not be going back.

My experiences was good got wonderful help and it was not expensive the front desk person sorry not good with names was wonderful they took the tire lock off because the key is missing and sent us on our way so thank u keep up the good work

This is the only place I take my vehicle for routine maintenance and special repairs. My vehicle is older so needs a little more attention, and I trust the guys up front will give me a honest diagnostic and price, and the mechanics will fix it right. Great staff!

The tires were decently priced , but it's all the fees and add ons that they have on your total bill , that is a little crazy. But the guys in the river were very nice.

These guys are great! I had a blow out on the interstate while making a trip from Connecticut to Orlando pulling a U Haul trailer helping my son move. Being in my 70’s with a bad back this could have been a disaster. AAA put the spare on for me but with a very long distance left to go I wanted to replace the bad tire. I pulled off at.the next exit and found Mr. Tire. Not only did Omar have the exact tire I needed in stock but he was kind enough to get me in right away so I could get back on the road. Fernando was the technician that installed the new tire. Both of these guys were fantastic. They installed the new tire and made sure the spare was properly put back in place under my Silverado Pick Up truck. Omar and Fernando turned a bad stroke of luck in to a very pleasant experience with their kindness and professionalism. I can’t recommend them enough.
