A disappointment. The "new" Springfield store is nice since they moved across the street. There's a decent amount of parking. It's somewhat complex to get to, surrounded by one way streets. But, inside is where the disappointment really shows. The sales associate I encountered was polite but indifferent -- she just didn't care. I wasn't valued for being there or as a customer. Most products there's only one of and many products they're out of: like, if you're going there for a novelty, you'll probably find something. But if you're going for something specific you might not find it. Or, if you're looking for something involving sizes, they probably only have one size. Finally, while the power companies can get away with a "fuel surcharge" and airlines can charge me for baggage, Le Tache is absurd with their "inflation charge" and they are one of those stores that adds a credit card transaction fee. Bottom line: if going to this store is part of date night, fine, or you're looking for a gag gift, fine. But if you're looking for something you want or need, prepare to be disappointed both in finding what you want and in the experience.

I went to this store twice to buy something. The first time the product I bought was a waste of money. Today I went and explained to the woman who work there. She gave me something again. She said, this is very good product a lot of people buying it try this. When I bought it, it was the same thing waste of money.

This company has decided to impose an 8% inflation surcharge on their already overpriced products they rip people off all the time with mislabeled weights and empty jars and quite frankly items we can get for a fraction of the cost on Amazon I hope all these stores close down.

It's a shame to see that people are giving this place negative reviews. Super nice and friendly

I had a long day at work and finally got off for the weekend. It was just your ordinary Friday. Grocery store, stop at the liquor store, hit the 711 and then set out to find some entertainment. Ever since the Hollywood Video near my house and HBO lost touch with its “true audience” I haven’t had the best luck finding what I like. They say you can find everything your heart desires online using the internet but I don’t know how to use any of that fancy stuff. Amber Lynn, Tracey Adams, Torri Welles, Candy Evans, Jennifer Jones, you name her, they got them. I can’t wait for next weekend

Come in and see for yourself. We sell only quality products, so the price point will be different from gag shops like Spencer's. However, a lot of times we are cheaper than manufacturers. We pride ourselves on customer service and if you have a bad experience just let the manager know.

They really push the"warranty" on products because so many of them are defective. Do not buy a product without a warranty. Even if the shop attendant says that they have never heard a complaint on the $155 product he is trying to sell you. There is supposed to be a 7 day warranty included but that is not true. You can't go to the store and exchange it. You have to fill out a form, submit it online and then have to mail the product on your own dime. Do not believe the box that says 1 year warranty. Things are not as advertised. They sell low quality products so you need to purchase an additional warranty in case it does not work or you will lose your money.

While growing up in the NoVA area I walked, rode the bus, and drove past the famous MVC stores, always curious about what was inside.

While growing up in the NoVA area I walked, rode the bus, and drove past the famous MVC stores, always curious about what was inside. I just visited one for the first time ever, after moving back to the area coming off of 12 years living in Miami, FL. An oversexed adult playground like Miami sets the bar pretty high for this type of establishment....but I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed by the size, the selection, the presentation, and most of all the service provided to me at about 10AM on a Saturday morning at MVC Springfield. Jake, was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about his industry as well as his inventory. I will definitely be coming back.

I've been going there for a decade for my immediate needs and have always left with the products that I wanted. Service is always polite and helpful.

The weekend late night associates are judgmental jerks (bald headed white guy with facial hair and a white female with a smokers cough and voice.) For being an adult store these people should keep their opinions and judgement to themselves. I never have had anyone laugh and openly express their disgust at me for asking if they carry a product other adult stores sell. Do your self a favor an order from online retailers or go to another location.

Let me tell you that this place, has some outstanding service.
Julie, was a lovely person, with an amazing way of making someone feel comfortable and ready for fun with giving the best info on products. We were shown all the options and went with a recommendation of hers, with so many to pick from, and a budget. She gave my partner and I the best choices ever.
I've traveled a lot in my life and I've lived in Miami and LA and hands down never had this kind of open arms service. I would buy here again. Do not hesitate, please visit this location if you want award winning service. I know my partner and I had the best time because we were given the best information. It was a quick and fun run. Julie showed that she cared about me and how I felt, as well as my wife.

Stores like these are why people shop online. Everything is marked up to insane prices. Window shop and just find it on Amazon for MUCH less.
