My first time seeing Dr. Al-Sherifi, and it was great. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and went over more things than I had in the past. He offered options and explained everything in easy-to-understand detail. I'm happy to have him as my local doctor!

Best MyEyeDr I’ve been to. Doctor was informative, wait time was impressively minimal and staff even fixed my old slightly broken frame to tide me over until my new glasses come. Highly recommend.

My husband and I will not be coming back to my eye doctor. I made an appointment for 10:20 AM, which I had taken time off work for. When I get there, they check me in and they ask to have a sit. About 10 mins later, the receptionist calls me and tell me I was put in the “overflow” list because I never confirmed my appointment. I was like “didn’t I confirmed the moment I chose the day and time I could come?” They were are asking to come a later time, but I couldn’t take the whole day off at work just for an eye exam. Extremely unsatisfied with the customer service at this place! My husband and I have been going to this eyedr for the past 4 years, but as of now, we will switch provider. I called America’s Best after they didn’t want to take me in, and I was able to get my exam.
