My spouse got their nails done here. They are in a wheelchair and the staff kept trying to move them and kept almost hitting their foot they just had surgery on. The nails took over an hour and they are so lumpy and uneven. 55$ not well spent. At the end she just grabbed their phone and everything without asking and tried to bring them to the front. At the end, they kept trying to move my spouses wheelchair without asking constantly and almost hitting their foot every time.

Extremely Disappointed – Worst Nail Experience Ever
I’ve been getting my nails done for over 15 years, and I’ve never had an experience this bad. I was at the nail salon inside Springfield Mall, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish.
When I walked in, I told the receptionist very clearly that I needed a new set manicure and that I was short on time. I asked her specifically to put me with a professional nail technician, not someone new. I even warned her not to assign me to the wrong person, because I didn’t have time to waste. But she ignored everything I said and still gave me someone who clearly didn’t know what she was doing.
The first nail tech took over an hour just to do a terrible pedicure. In the middle of it, someone else came over to try to fix it but then left because her regular client showed up. Then a third person stepped in to finish the pedicure. While that was happening, a young man came and started removing my gel manicure at the same time. The whole experience was rushed, unprofessional, and chaotic.
Because they wasted so much of my time, I couldn’t even get the new set I originally came in for. I ended up settling for just a refill, and even that turned out ugly. One of my nails is already faded — I assume he forgot to apply the top coat or something. It’s embarrassing to walk around with nails that look like this after paying for a service.
To make everything worse, when I went to pay, the receptionist was extremely rude. Instead of apologizing for all the mess, she acted slow and dismissive, which made me even more upset. I told her clearly that it was her fault she ignored my instructions and she just said, “how is it my fault?!.” No apology. No accountability.
And after all that, I was charged $125. For the worst nail service I’ve ever received in my life.
This place is disorganized, careless, and unprofessional. If you care about your time, your nails, or basic respect do NOT go here. They ruined my experience, my day, and my nails.

Overpriced rude and horrible nails
Literally save your money and go anywhere else. Charged me $75 for $40 work.

The staff were wonderful, especially the team at the front desk. Tristy was incredibly kind and patient while doing my nails, working with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. This will definitely be my new go-to nail salon. Highly recommend!

I received service from tristey on Sunday manicure and pedicure both with regular polish. On Monday, the white regular polish was cracking. I returned to her on Tuesday because the polish began to crack more and peel off the nail. Upon me showing her, she said it was my fault and I had been working hard with my hands and that I should not blame her. My response was that no I was not working with my hands and I don’t blame her and that maybe it was the polish but my nails should not look like this in a day. She repolished my nails but tried to leave one the same as I came in. She stated that she will not do my nails again, as she kept repeating it was my fault and should have said I made a mistake and don’t blame her. This was my first time using them and my last. I will also tell my friends and family as well. This was unprofessional and the manager never interjected.

I made reservations to bring my daughters in law for a mani pedi, and specifically asked for special care to treat them to a nice experience. Upon arrival, there was no knowledge of the reservation, but they got us in, we chose the nicest pedicure as a treat and one of my daughters in law did not get a foot massage. Her technician. Said she did it but that my daughter in law did not notice because she was talking. So not only did she not get a massage but she was gaslit about it. The she waited for another 15 minutes for her manicure to even begin while the rest of us continued with our services. The undoubtedly was the worst customer service in an event that was supposed to be fun and enjoyable. I have serious doubts as to whether we will come back again.

Me and my wife went in because she wanted to get a facial and the front desk lady went and asked the lady that does them and said 20 minutes. We came back in 15 minutes and there was a different guy at the front and he went and asked the same lady and came back and said the person who does facials isn’t here anymore. I guess if she doesn’t feel like taking customer they just send them away? Just bad business.

Just had this pedicure done 😡 I wanted gel but the lady doing me forgot and put regular polish. She said she doesn’t know I wanted gel but that’s what I told her even before I sat . Then she wanted to do it all over again!!! Really 🤨.i told the front lady that I was not satisfied with the service at all. Either she’s new or just doesn’t know what she’s doing. She didn’t clean my cuticle well and in a hurry to finish. I don’t usually write reviews but this time I am because I am very dissatisfied with the service.

Extremely unprofessional when it comes to customer service .
I felt it was treated very unfairly when it comes to turns .
I felt the prejudice in the way I was ignored & treated .
I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

First and most likely last time. I went to Nouvelle Nails & Spa in Springfield VA earlier in June/2024. I only went there, because the place downstairs was packed. I go in and there’s a lady who’s eager to take me (we all know the eager person is usually the person who you want to avoid). I told her just a regular pedicure ($35), and she insisted on me getting the $45 pedicure option. I get the pedicure and everything just felt so half done. The massage, the cleaning of my toes, the cutting all felt like an amateur was doing my pedicure. The last straw was noticing that my pedicure barely lasted 2 weeks! My pedicures typically last me at least a month before I’m due for another. $45 service with tip, and the pedicure barely lasted 2 weeks. I will not be returning to this place.

I went there 2 times. The first time, the technician did not have a clue of what she was doing. Then this other technician named Hellen came and finished my nails. The 2nd time, I made an appointment with Hellen again. I took my mother-in-law, and we both had a gel manicure. Three days after that, the color started coming out, so I went back to fix it. When I got there and told Hellen about it, she got mad at me because I was asking what could've been the problem, maybe the nail polish. She replied back to me in a very rude way, "I'm only fixing 2 nails, and next time if you don't like it here, you could go somewhere else!" And then I said, "What about if the color keeps coming out?" Her answer was, "You could go somewhere else." Never go back there again…
