Called to order appliances. Asked for them in white. Black delivered. Project being done by contractor. Didn’t see them installed until several weeks after. They will take them back but refusing to sell white ones. Very very very rude. Give your money to someone else.

Very disappointed. I just called a few minutes ago to ask about a range that is Google assistant. He gave me 2 options a Samsung and an LG. I asked him about delivery and hallaway he also helped me with that. I asked if there's anybody that could assist with setting up the Google and he said no and he said is that OK. I said no is there a manager. He hung up the phone on me . I am calling for a friend because he is now legally blind and needs assistance. I would think that you would be able to give me someone who to contact for this assistance. You could tell when he answered the phone he just did not want to be bothered. I understand you are not capable of set up. I got that. But if I purchase the product, you should have info about said product.

My experience with this place is awesome and Chris, the sales manager, is nothing but professional. The price is better than other big stores and delivery service was within a few days. From ordering process to delivery/installing, everything went smooth and I never had this feel good experience from big stores. I will definitely recommend to anyone I know and thanks to Chris!

These guys are excellent! They showed up exactly on time, with masks on, and all the proper equipment for installation. Transparency was there throughout the purchasing process in prices, installation charges, and stock availability. In particular, I appreciated receiving notice of damage to one of the machines before delivery. Now Appliance reordered the machine from the manufacturer and is prepared to deliver and install when in stock for no extra charge.The salesman, Chris, was responsive both by phone and email. He was very helpful in selecting the appliances that fit our budget. If I had my wish, the online catalog would be easier to navigate as it has no search/filter feature.

What a wonderful experience. After a failed delivery attempt by a big box store that was initially delayed for four days because of a broken delivery truck and ultimately resulted in a failed delivery, I decided to go local. My initial search result revealed Now Appliance. With only 8 reviews at the time, of which all were positive, I gave them a call. They asked me to simply text the make and model number of the appliance I was looking for to their phone number, and they would tell me if they had it available. Within 20 minutes, they confirmed the had what I wanted, beat the sales price of the big box store, made delivery arrangements within 5 days, and settled the payment...all over the phone. Of note, the delivery could have been in two days, but the manager advised me to wait a few more days to reap the benefit of a sale. The delivery and set up was fast and professional. They tested both machines, which worked well, and did not leave a mess in their wake. This is the place to do business with if you know what you are looking for.

Chris the sales manager was awesome. He saved me time and money. The installers were fast and efficient. Worth every penny. I would not hesitate to do business here again. Everybody's happy. This place is a win win. So much nicer than a chain store where the just want you in and out.

Drove over here to buy some appliances during open hours to buy a washer/ dryer. No one was here. Called the number listed and the guy said he was eating lunch and we should just order over the phone because he doesn't keep anything in stock anyway.

SO happy with the service from this local business. They were a life saver after a mishap and disappointing experience purchasing a fridge from Home Depot (never again!). We called this place after researching nearby appliance stores and thankful for the other Yelpers who took time to share their experiences, we gave them a call. Their store was closed but business number was answered and within 20 mins of our initial call, requirements for what we needed, we had an email with available stock, description and pricing. We were blown away by the promptness, knowledge, and ability to accommodate a quick delivery. I have since referred others who are looking for an appliance to check them out!

Had a wonderful, fast, easy experience with Now Appliances. Price for oven was better than the big box stores (I had to do a 24", so limited options). Delivery guys were great and leveled the oven really well on my terribly wavy floor. Would choose Now Appliance again.

I would suggest you call or reviewing the website before checking out the store. The store doesn't carry a lot of the appliances you can find on the website. The young man that emailed me me appliance packages (along with the rebate info) was very helpful and to the point. Best deal around for appliances. They offer delivery, installation and haul away
