“Chris Myers and his team at Campbell & Ferrara did a fantastic job on a landscaping and drainage project for our backyard. We had a portion of our backyard that was overgrown with weeds and suffered from drainage issues. We did not know where to start. Chris had a vision for the project that he developed over several site visits, and presented the renderings to us. He incorporated our preferences, and was able to execute it within two days. His team worked hard in cold weather to transform a neglected area to a highlight of our yard that tastefully incorporates better-functioning drainage. Chris is an extremely knowledgeable and detail-oriented professional who is a pleasure to work with. We are looking forward to working with him on our next project in the spring.”
“Still a favorite once fall hits ! This time I tried their jams and I highly recommend. Mango and strawberry jams were so good and of course the apple cider donuts! A pack of donuts never make it home so we always buy 2 ?. Everyone here is always nice.”
“This place saved my life! I tried two hardware stores, Michael’s, Target, and Home Depot for a last minute Christmas tree stand and none had one. Meadows Farms had multiple stands in multiple sizes! Super affordable in price range, too. The customer service was impeccable and this place is so unassuming upon first glance. As a first time buyer, I was impressed. I will absolutely be back in the spring for flowers/plants!”
“Love this garden center! It's small enough to be comfortable and not overwhelming, but big enough to have everything I need. They have ample parking, chickens running around, and little red wagons to load with what you need. What's not to like? ? The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. And I really like their little grocery store, they have great local fruits and veggies and stuff like local honey and preserves and stuff. Highly recommend! I've been coming here for over a decade.”
“ALYSSA AND IVY - These are two rockstars that I will never forget. When it comes down to making sure the customer has an experience that is worthwhile, these ladies will make it happen. I had a friend who I haven’t seen in years come from North Carolina to come check out the area. Unfortunately we missed our window for the DIY workshop, but that did not stop the show! They encouraged us to still look around and find a plant and assured us that, we can indeed, purchase today if we’d like. Which we did. I was so moved how the young ladies help me conceal my gift so that the element of surprise remained. They truly did not have to go above and beyond the way they did and it really means a lot to me. They have made their way into my memories haha. In a GREAT WAY!! I would have to say, you all are doing a terrific job and I’m sure the community feels the same. Thank you again ladies!

“Bought our first real Christmas tree here today and could not be happier with the great service - from carrying the tree to get trimmed, to the rolling it out to the car and strapping it to the roof all within 10minutes. So easy, so fast and friendly, which when with a toddler, makes life so much easier. The trees are about double what we paid at lots in the past, but I would still come back for the good service ($190 for an 8ft tree). Looks good in the stand so far too! Hoping it lasts a month :)”

“I visited here to rent a larger tool that's not available at other, closer, Home Depots and Ryan went above and beyond to help make sure I had the best experience possible. He recommended considering a box truck with a built in, less steep ramp to take the 350+ lb tool rather than the pickup and detachable ramp with a much steeper incline that I had originally reserved. When he showed me the difference he was absolutely right and it made things so much easier on me when loading and unloading. Then he showed me how to secure it in the truck, educated me on how it worked, and got me on my way while making sure I had everything I needed. All while assisting his coworkers and a computer down. When I returned the machine and truck later the employees were surprised I'd been able to handle it so easily and I put that down to Ryan preparing me when he so easily could have just waved me on my way. I would absolutely rent from here again, especially with Ryan at the desk.”
“I am leaving this review specifically about Cedrick in Appliances at Merrifield store. He is GREAT - professional, courteous, informed, efficient and diligent. His prep of the order resulted in a price that was even less than I expected to pay! I could not have asked for better service in the purchase of my fridge. He is an asset to the store and should be commended. Go see Cedrick if you want a good experience when purchasing your next appliance.”
“Unfortunately I would give this location a negative 1 star due to the fact they could not match the mulch that was on sale 5 for 10 (Virgo $2 a bag). I had two employees and a manger in customer said they could match that, for the brand they have now (Scott). But when I went to cashier to get the bags, cashier said I can’t do that, ask for a manger and this other manger that came said I can’t do. I live very close by and now I have drive out of my way to another store location that farther! They lie about there deals and are sneaky about sale prices with hiding them. So corporate will hear this manager that said we can’t do, picket location all store obey by it!

I had a great experience with two employees name Raphael and Joe (will correct the name if I’m wrong) for helping me get a mechanic tool box, they were both very patient and took the time to get things rights, I respect Raphael going out of his way to get the box I want and help me with the better price. Joe didn’t leave me hanging after I ask for help for my purchase, Joe helped bring the mechanic tool box out to my truck and help me lift it, thank you both!”

“I stopped by Mid Atlantic Wholesale Florist/Conklyn’s Florist to create a tropical-themed arrangement for a small party, and I couldn’t have had a better experience! As someone who loves floral design, visiting a wholesaler was such a treat.
Natalie, the general manager, was wonderful—knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely excited to share ideas and inspiration. It was a joy talking flowers with someone who clearly loves them too.

I then checked online at Home Depot. They promised delivery in Three days! It was delivered, installed, the BestBuy broken fridge moved to my garage awaiting return. They took great care in not bumping walls and doors. The two men who delivered and installed did a fantastic job and were courteous and professional. I highly recommend them. What this experience taught me is that Home Depot knows and stocks appliances and Best Buy is just playing at it.”

“I was looking for a specific drill bit. Website said they had it, but I had already been burned by that claim at a different retailer and I was under a time constraint. I called the store and the hardware associate is booked it up and went to check that it was there. I cery much appreciated the extra effort.”
“The automatic key cutter machine was different than I've use at other HDs, and there was no one available to help. Figured it out and even paid at the machine. Six dollars for a plain brass key is pretty expensive. And the decorative keys start at $9, far too expensive.”
