“I wanted to take the time out of my busy schedule , and do this review for Rose Francis who gave me exceptional customer service with an on line order on 02//10/24 . I opened a store credit card. We we’re having trouble placing the order, but she managed to work her magic around the computer and was able to figure it out .I myself come from HR and customer service. I saw that Mrs Rose truly likes her job. She went above and beyond to make I left the store happy.She was very pleasant,patient and service with a smile the whole time i was there.Home Depot is truly blessed to have a Mrs Rose Francis .I will definitely return to the location for future purchases.And I hope she does get recognition she deserve.Thank you to manger Zee for trying to help.??????”

Her knowledge of the different products as well as her experience helped us understand the process and the decisions involved. She showed us different countertops and the edges and how much of an overhang was needed. We were happy to learn that Home Depot includes measuring, delivering and home installation in there price. She also helped us understand how current Home Depot promotions could save us money on our project. We recommend jan for kitchen renovation planning.”
