Large store with a good number of options and size available, but I could have done with more effective labelling and sorting of clothes esp. jeans, labels were inconsistently placed so it made it very difficult to leaf through a pile of denim to find your size.

Good sales prices, but very difficult to browse the over stocked shelves and racks. Overall the store was fairly dishelved, especially at the register.

I stopped into this Old Navy store because I was completely lost in a very unfamiliar area and asked a lovely young employee named Holly if she could give me directions. She not only figured out directions, she also showed me a little map on her cell phone. She went over the directions twice, to be sure I understood what streets and where to turn. All this was done with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. She is a definite asset to Old Navy and should be considered for positions in customer service or personnel. I wish her the best of luck!

Old Navy used to make Dreamer jeans that fit my body type perfectly. They no longer make them, but Michaela, the lovely young woman who works there, helped me find other possibilities. Nothing was quite right, but I truly appreciated her professional customer service!

My only issue that i have with the entire company, that does not carry big and tall, but yet carry plus sizes. Why do i need to go and pay for shipping, when others do;t have too. Don't make no sense. I'm outraged,
