BEWARE!!! SCAMMERS!! I was Pre approved for a small loan, then I was literally approved. They said they’d call back and never did. Followed up the next day (today) and they told me that I was denied. How am I denied when I was already approved for the loan? I was even emailed with an approval. Now I have a hard inquiry on my credit report and they lied stating I was approved. A bunch of scammers! Look at their vague and superficial responses to all of the bad reviews here on Google!

I have steady income and my credit score is excellent. I spent an hour on the application and I got a call from an agent on this location saying that I am not qualified for a small amount loan. Waste of time and extra hard inquiery on my credit. Be aware!!!

Every time we call this place to get an answer of the loan we got few months ago. They never answer the phone. When they do, they never call me back. I wanted to pay more than the monthly payment to try to cover the loan faster but instead They took half of the money for the principal and half of the money of interest which is not fair. I wanted to pay more to the principal than the regular monthly interest.This place takes advantage of people in needs and financial distress. No ethics and values. I feel entrapped with this loan.

I had a very disappointing experience with this financial institution. After initially approving my application, they suddenly reversed their decision and denied me — without any clear explanation. The most frustrating part? Their reason was that I make more money monthly than I requested. That makes absolutely no sense. Why would earning more be a reason to deny someone?
Their process is confusing, inconsistent, and frankly unprofessional. It wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress. If you’re looking for a lender or financial partner who communicates clearly and stands by their decisions, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Predatory lenders. Avoid at all costs. They continually hammer your credit even if you file paperwork, buy insurance to cover loans and keep them up to date on your status. Horrible company.

ZERO STARS! Absolutely disgusting behavior. Called me while I was driving, while I was trying to get parked I misspoke and was then accused of fraud, then lying and then came the attempted gaslighting after I called Iman out for her pathetic behavior. Simple transaction turned into an attempted second jab at my credit score and then I was accused of the very behavior that was being perpetrated against me.
Don't be fooled by their fake politeness...it's a scam.

I’ve had a loan with this specific branch for quite a while now. Nothing bad to say about the company per se. Just kinda annoyed when it feels like the team gets to pick and choose who gets excellent customer service and who doesn’t based on personality instead of professionalism. I had someone who’s great at their job give me their word and almost didn’t honor it (could’ve handled the situation a bit better) but everyone’s here to learn. However, this review goes to April. Thank you for your wonderful customer service, support, kindness, mobility and ability to make someone in an uncomfortable situation feel understood and not judged. Thank you kindly again for helping me.
