Paxton is a DISGRACE. We have been forced to use them by our employer, and 100% of the time, they have delayed shipments by 6 or more MONTHS. They have cost us astronomical amounts of money and NEVER provide any relief for their contractual violations. DO NOT USE PAXTON. Hire anyone else.

Five star experience with Paxton delivering our items from storage. All items in good condition and well cared for over the 7 years we were overseas. Delivery team was excellent working with some large furniture and tight doorways.

I cannot put 0 star to this company. Despite numerous calls and emails explaining the urgency of the situation, this company chose not to response and ignore completely its prospects, even tough time is the essence of it. Do not recommend at all!

The quote we received from Paxton was inappropriate to say the least. A 10 minute evaluation of a 1bed 1bath apartment with a table and a bed was quoted at 30k. They can quote you however much they want and then if you want to cancel or use another company, the cancellation fee is exorbitant and does not take into account the unprofessional behavior encountered in the moving process including being unresponsive and untimely. They don't respond to emails even when time is of the essence. They didn't let us know that they would be coming or when they would be coming until the day before which forces you to pay the cancellation fee because they gave you no other choice. Paxton should consider their business practices unethical and impractical.

After successful past moves with Paxton (one long distance and one local), I did not hesitate to engage them for another long distance move in 2022. It was the worse experience with missing items, broken and damaged items. I took almost the entire leeway provided to file my claim to allow time to locate missing items and ensure I accounted for everything. After filing, I spent MONTHS leaving voicemails, placing calls and sending e-mails with minimal response. When advised NOT to call me on a specific date because I was having surgery, that was the day the claims representative reached out to me. Several repairs were made and settlement offers made for most items which were acceptable but no back to original condition. However, they denied claim for damaging club chair (see pre and post move photos) for approximately $350. I was going to file for arbitraction but that requires payment of $300 from me so I would not actually recoup my loss. THIS IS HOW THE GAME IS PLAYED! They simply find an item worth approximately $300 that they will deny knowing that since it will return in zero payment to client, they client won't pursue claim. I don't know what has happened with this company over the years but this was the WORSE move experience I've ever had and I've engaged movers 9 times!

We put our home goods in storage with Paxton while we lived abroad for 4 years. Upon returning stateside and with the delivery of our items, we had over $5,000 in damages and some pieces of furniture completely missing. We have been working with the utmost incompetence with a representative (Dejan Stankovski) who refuses to put us in contact with management and has ignored our emails or taken weeks to respond to the handling of our claim. We have been trying to resolve this issue since March of this year and our case has been handled with incomprehensible irresponsibility, negligence, and complete ineptitude. Attached photos of just a few items that were damaged and Paxton has not taken any responsibility or made any reimbursement to our claim.

I have been working overseas since 1980 with the federal government, within the UN system and for private companies. My last posting was In Jordan and my wife and I has our personal effects moved there and shipped back home after two and half years in October 2021 by Paxton. This makes five Paxton moves in 36 years. In that time and in six moves, I have experienced no losses and three broken pieces of flat ware. Also, Paxton and their subcontracted affiliates have been on time, courteous, professional and they have gone the extra mile. Finally, as a program manager responsible for procurement, I can tell you they are cost effective compared to others. Paxton says what they are going to do and then they do it. When I go overseas I negotiate them into my package, that's how good I think they are and how much I trust them. BTW, the trick to a successful move is to plan it well, understand the amount of work and cost, and don't try to save a buck.

I have my household goods scheduled for pickup by two companies with paxton van lines only required to pack a few items to ship to storage. While the other company has been so hesitant to work with me due to schedule changes, Dan Henry from Paxton van lines has been so helpful to get my household goods pickup rescheduled. I am yet to get the goods picked up for storage but I am so positive I will continue to have these outstanding professionals offer me the best customer experience as they have demonstrated so far. Thank you.
