I needed a moving truck on short notice and they were able to get it for me and have it ready exactly when I needed it. They work with me on pricing and even made sure I knew everything I would be charged.

Making a reservation and paying means nothing. They give away your truck if someone else wants it. The people that do stuff like that must have some type of mental disability

I rented a Penske truck from Penske at the SPRINGFIELD location on Loisdale rd and everything was perfect. The gentleman there mike let me know that if I am returning the truck to this Home Depot on Libreria ave in Manassas that I should be cautious. He let me know that they are lazy and don't check for the trucks when they are returned. I wish I had listened more carefully... I was supposed to bring the truck back the following day at 9:30 am, however I received a call from this Home Depot location letting me know if I bring the truck back earlier I would be issued a credit of $30.00. I brought the truck back the same night and left the keys in the drop box. Later that morning at 9:28 am I received a call from this Home Depot asking me if I still had the truck. I didn't think much of it, I told the guy it's in the lot and the keys are in the drop box. Three minutes pass by and I was charged an additional $110.00. If this wasn't upsetting enough later on after I complained for 30 minutes I was told I would receive a refund and a refund receipt would be e mailed. It's now been two days of me calling and asking for my refund receipt. I believe the person I spoke to was Philip, but I'm not sure. Whoever has answered the phone at 10:30 am on July ,12 and whoever has been answering the phone and lying to me about my refund receipt needs to be let go because this is the worst service and experience I've had.

In an attempt to turn in our truck early we parked it there on Sunday night. We recieved a phone call telling us to take the truck to the Van Dorn location which was fine. What was utterly unacceptable was the rude and exceedingly unprofessional manner in which this information was communicated. I will send a letter to corporate headquarters asking them if they support rude and unprofessional conduct from those associated thier company

Rented a truck for a coast-to-coast move. Unlimited mileage included with discounts for web reservations, veterans/military and AAA. Just be aware if you return the truck early, you won't get a refund for the unused days. Plan your drive carefully.

BEWARE - don't let the agent here insist on checking the fuel as full on diesel trucks when the gauge reads 3/4 tank. You will be charged based on what the GAUGE SAYS when you drop off the truck at another facility. On the truck I rented, I was never able to get the gauge to read even close to full. The agent told me that the gauges always read low, and that fuel was full because you could see fuel in the tank. Knowing nothing about these trucks, I took his word for it, and was charged $8.00 per gallon for 9.3 gallons of fuel, when in fact the gauge read the same or higher when I returned the truck with as much fuel as the Costco pump would permit me to pump into the tank.

Very hard to find... Its actually at a storage facility.. Mini U storage. Small and tucked away off road by highway... Looked for 30 mins before we found it... Maybe a sign would help...
