I’ve been bringing my pup to Lorena for 8 years and she is absolutely amazing! I first met her at the Chantilly location and followed her to Springfield because I trust her completely with my dog. My pup works best with her, and I can always count on her to do a fantastic job every time. She’s professional, caring, and truly skilled at what she does. I wouldn’t go to anyone else — thank you, Lorena, for always taking such great care of us!

Worst experience at the grooming salon. After 3 hrs of waiting I come in to see my dog is halfway groomed. I voiced to them that I am unhappy with the haircut and they revoke me from the store LOL because they felt “uncomfortable” be very cautious how you speak to them or else you can get banned from the store!! Even if you received a horrible haircut for your pet. Stay silent and pay the money otherwise you are kicked out for good! Weather you talk with management or upper management in corporate office. Nobody cares that you received terrible customer service or a terrible grooming experience they just say you want 20% off or 50% off when they cannot provide the service you came in for. One of the worst experiences I have ever had in my whole 40 years of life. I do not recommend this place to get your pets groomed. Also my dog has not been acting the same ever since we left that day. STAY AWAY

Sunday evening !! I had a Horrible experience With your associate Jillian ! As I was waiting to use the rest room after making my purchase ! i am standing outside the doors because after entering both stalls were full and it’s a small space so I stepped out for my personal space/comfort I didn’t hear any movement and wasn’t sure how long I’d be waiting and didn’t think anything was wrong with my waiting outside the doors, But Jillian did! She yell at me from across the store. There is a large area of storage separating the bathroom hallway and where she was standing . She proceeds to yell “ I wouldn’t walk that way if I were you !” I let her know I’m not walking that way. I’m waiting for the bathroom. She yells she’s trying to help me. I’m telling her you never even asked me for help ! She then lies and says she did. I repeated her quote back to her “I wouldnt walk that way if I were you.” She claims she just trying to help. I told her she was weird and unprofessional! Why are you even going back and fourth with me ! And you started it and you weren’t trying to help me because when I needed help you never spoke to me or offered ! You’ve just been staring at me as I’ve shopped this entire time. I’ve even made a purchase and yet your are now still following me ! Looking for me in that tiny little hallway by the bathroom! If you have to raise your voice don’t even speak to me ! She was too many feet away from me to address me properly ! Your associate was beyond unprofessional ! I shouldn’t have to explain to her why I’m waiting outside of the bathroom it’s none of her business ! She could have asked me was I doing ok or did I need any help ! Not assume I want to create my own path in your store and walk through supplies ! Then a lady exits the restroom, I’m sure they heard all this mess too ! This woman tells me the lady just walked out the bathroom ! While we are going back and fourth ! I was embarrassed I felt disrespected attacked and humiliated. Another girl curly hair claimed she was a manger but she lacked professionalism she too was starting at me earlier and walking back and fourth pas the one isle I was one several times and even setup a station at the end of my aisle I spent majority of the time in. I’m actually havein behavior issues with my dog and looked into the purchase of a nuzzle and was reading review and looking into sizing. But me shopping somehow made me the center of attention. They were even communicating in the headsets about me it appeared prior to the bathroom incident. I do love pets smart ! It’s a store for pets ! Never have I even been so humiliated for making a purchase for my pet ! She needs some serious training !Honestly think they’re racist I’m young black woman ! I didn’t deserve it and I will be returning my other product as well. I will never support this joke of a location again. Hire professionals true animal lovers not insecure weak woman who are intimidated by the presence of a black woman ! Be professional ! Ask customer for help ! Always be kind !

Took Rose for a bath and all, and she came out looking all spiffy. Nick A. was so sweet and kind to her when he took her in. 🥹 She hates it when I touch her paws but I could see that he did a great job at trimming/grinding her nails and her paw hair!

Grooming salon don’t even deserve a star ! Rude employees & will scam you just because they can .my second time experiencing this with them ! First time they didn’t clean my dog properly! I got called 10 minutes after I just dropped him off that he was ready ! Picked him up he he was still shedding and did not even smell like he was bathed. Then second time. They over charged me because they said “ they have to keep brushing him “ lol without telling me that’s they were going to do that and going to charge more !! Never coming back here again

I usually have a great experience walking around looking at reptile things for my reptiles and wait for my girlfriend to get off, I come in ten minutes after she is supposed to be off and look around. There is this big guy that always wears shorts that follows me around everywhere I go. He stands in the aisle that I'm in and just stares at me which is kinda creepy and annoying and every aisle I go in he comes ten seconds behind me. I asked someone today if I was doing anything wrong by coming and looking around, I don't bother anyone and have had conversations bout their products with other customers and she says it's ok because I don't bother anyone and we have bought animals from here but their roaches suck so she told me to call the manager Cindy which I will do. I don't like that he just picks me out and follows me everywhere in the store and he doesn't speak just follows which makes me not want to shop at this location even tho my gf works here. I don't want to be rude and curse him out but this man is pushing my buttons. Everyone else is super nice and helpful but not that guy and I have been in retail management for over 25 years and this is not ok.
