The shop is down a walkway from the "front" of the mall. At first i thought it was closed then saw another sign. Perhaps it was only today but the "no cards - cash and checks only" sign had me turn away. Had about $1 of change on me. :-)

The Pink Elephant, owned and operated by the Woman’s Club of Springfield, is a fabulous shop serving the community in many capacities. It is always full of unique and random treasures! All Volunteer owned and operated, the store is a haven for bargain hunters and new friends!

It's a small place, but with a nice, vintage, and sizeable selection. The ladies who work the place were very kind and helpful.

Some of the most reasonable prices in the area for thrifting. Small but good quality items, especially housewares, and costume Jewelry.

I had the pleasure of shopping at this thrift store today. The ladies working there were very friendly and helpful, the selection was excellent as were the prices! In addition, the manager took the time to engage with two little girls shopping with their mom and allowing both of them to select a children's book each for free. I'll be back!

Horrible experience here. I went into this store about three years ago with my happy toddler, and as he was playing with a small broom he found (that I was going to purchase for him), I was told by a stern woman, “Please don’t let your child play with *our* merchandise.” It came across very poorly, the assumption that I was not going to purchase *their* item, and as I took the broom away from my previously happy son, he burst into tears. I decided they would not be getting our business then or ever again. Customer service and friendliness should be top priorities for accruing repeat customers.

It's well organized. They don't accept soiled, torn or tattered clothing. Lots of nice crystal wine glasses and other ornaments

Small store with too much stuff. You can't find anything due to space. The staff barely spoke to us and the place was dirty and cluttered.

Really small store. There is not a lot of selections. A majority of the items are for older women, not a lot of current styles.

This is a consignment store so don't confuse it with Salvation Army. The women are very helpful and pleasant. The ladies that volunteer are all members of the Springfield Women's Club. Only cash and checks accepted. Variety of items.
