this will be my first time visiting this car shop today and I met Elizabeth over the phone and we arrange a appointment for services. Her customer service is amazing, she is very polite and understands, listens and provides advice for customers. I haven't received service yet but their customer service is outstanding.

I had a fantastic experience with the team at Premier Auto… from the first telephone conversation with Elizabeth to make my appointment to the detailed analytic discussion with Eric afterward, this organization exuded professionalism and courtesy in every regard. I fully trust Premier Auto to perform maintenance and repairs with the customer’s best interest in mind.

The staff has always on top of their work for me. They are aware of exactly what my cars need, providing accurate estimates and reliable completion times. I guess I’ve been there about 6-8 times over the last couple years and I have not had anything like a bad experience. Very reliable business.

They were very easy to deal with. I was surprised by how quickly they were able to service my car, they ordered parts same day I scheduled service and I got my car back the next day! Not the cheapest or the most expensive, but on the low end and no hidden costs that I experienced, very up front with cost of everything.Service: Engine repair

Took my car for some repairs it needed and Premier Auto was able to fix them promptly. No hassle, no pressure and with reasonable prices. Now days It's hard to find a reliable, trustworthy and honest shop, which to me is more important. I Will definitely be coming back to service my other vehicles. Excellent Service! I have taken my car to Premier Auto several times now. They always do excellent work and never try to sell you something you don't need. Elizabeth is really nice, very knowledgeable about car repair, and stays in contact with the mechanic, so she can give you an update on the status of your car. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Excellent service! Eric is trustworthy and honest when it comes to vehicle repair and regular maintenance. The receptionist/assistant is extremely clear with explaining the work performance and/or the recommendations. Personally, I feel very confident getting my vehicle serviced with Premier Auto. I have definitely adopted them as car giver for my car! lol
