Never getting work done here again. Simon conned me. I had work done to my car and I was given a rental while the work was done. He kept reassuring me that it was free. I get my car back, return the rental the same day (physically handed him the keys), but he doesn't process the rental for two days, then charges me a two day late fee. I tried to contact the dealership about getting my money back and they just kept ignoring my calls. Would not recommend going to Simon Lumpkins, or this dealership, for service.

Simon and the other advisors did great I came with no appointment and Simon took me in no question I was over due heading out of town I really appreciate the courtesy

The are one of the biggest scammers in the state of Virginia I went there to deal with I was in the midil of the deal with them the sold the car for someone else while I was trying to the deal with and I was the first buyer to pick that car.

37k maintenance was done. Asked technician about the shuttle. he indicated I should wait in the lounge and someone would come around....2 hours later nothing....not good. another tech came with more 'suggested' maintenance. not bad. told him i needed to get to work. he got me an uber....excellent. i had requested a va state inspection. picked up the vehicle no inspection...bad. i was not charged .....good. all in all not as good an experience as I have had with you in the past.

Scheduled service through Toyota App, showed up and dropped vehicle off with no issues. Waited for about 1.5 hrs then was complete.

Short: They will try to rip you off and lie. Some workers are rude.
Long: My lovely parents bought me my car from this dealership. However, this dealership is anything but lovely. They lied to me telling me I needed new tires and that I wouldn’t pass inspection. Guess what. I did! It sucks when a business/person wants to rip you off. The valet workers are much nicer than the people in who supposed to help you the most.

Priority Toyota Springfield is a great place to service your vehicle. Service Tech Dwayne McClain is a great Service Tech. He is professional, polite and an experience Tech. He will contact you about your vehicle and keep you informed on all matters about your vehicle. Be sure to ask for Mr. MCCLAIN.
