Mo, the property manager here made my move in easy! She was very knowledgeable about the space and gave me great suggestions. She's also clearly good at managing the facility.
This made me feel like my possessions would be well cared for there. Not all public storage locations are the same... the strong facility management here
makes this five stars for me.

Let's talk about Great service and knowledgeable employees!! Mo (Monica) at this location definitely knew her business and was able to instruct me with my storage needs. I would recommend her for those who are first timers because she explains the details where you can understand and make the best decision for you and your situation.

I called Public Storage @ 7150 Fullerton Rd Springfield Va in a panic. Thinking I had lost a great deal reservation. Mo, who was so helpful gathered and reinstated my great quote. She was so friendly and funny, we had a great chat! Here’s to working with Mo in the near future.

Monica was incredibly knowledgeable, proactive, and communicative. I had an incredibly short timeline during which I had to make adjustments in the space I needed. The flexibility she provided was the reason I stayed with Public storage during the process.
