Something is wrong with this location , I had provided my us pasport to the lady manager and the numbers don’t match when I try paying for my storages on line I got no access like if they did that to make me not be able to pay , they saw my valuables and that I had several computers and expensive things . Now I called customer service and they can’t provide me with any information, this was done with the intention to keep my belongings , I will be calling the cops and make a police report following this strange events and miss match numbers , I had provided this lady my us passport and now the numbers don’t match while am outside the state , what a coincidence… this is a scam or with an intention to keep my belongings !
People be careful and do not make a nice review as soon as this lady ask for it when u sign the lease cause they can change your account numbers so u won’t have access especially if u got expensive belongings or you will be out of town , she definitely asks all this questions when I sign in the first day !

I’m not only disappointed, I’m devastated. After being out of the country for 3 months, i returned last night only to find my entire unit covered in mold and mildew.. my premium unit that is meant to be “climate controlled”yet it wasn’t & now everything is lost.. man even my TV… let alone my clothes and the rest of my apartment ❤️furniture how does this even happen? as been for a good while now.

This is not the 1st time im using this facility and the reason coming back on the same property is excellent customer service from Property manager Samina. A very warm welcoming environment and very well organized office. It was a hot day but she took her time to show explain and rent the unit which we really liked it. She offered us all related merchandise and help us to finish all rental. Thanks for all the help from Samina.
