The sales lady kept walking near me as I was trying on shoes- she then approached me and my boyfriend and asked did I need help- I showed her the shoe I wanted and she said I looked “suspect”- I opened my purse and showed her my receipt and she said she could call security to get us removed. We did NOTHING!!!!! My boyfriend said we just wanted a certain shoe and she looked and him and said she was not talking to him. I walked of there crying not knowing what the hell I did wrong. I’ve never been so upset in my life. Do not go here!!!!

Mark and Meta (hopefully I spelt that right) are angels sent from heaven. I had lost my shopping bag with things valuable inside and I spent the entire last 30 minutes looking for it. They actually helped me look for my bag and Mark retrieved it from the front, mentioning another coworker had found it but I didn’t catch their name. 10/10 customer service, would come again! 🙏🫂

I would like to take a moment to recognize Mark and Meta for their outstanding customer service. My daughter lost her item, and both of them went above and beyond to help us. They were respectful, attentive, and dedicated to resolving the situation.
Thanks to their efforts, my daughter is very happy, and we truly appreciate the care they showed. I believe both Mark and Meta deserve recognition for their hard work and professionalism. They are wonderful assets to your team.

I try to find shoe for me the the size 10 the lady was there she's not helpful at all
I asked her if she can take look the system if they have 10 size because I found 9.5 size
She told me go there and see if you find ok if not this what it is
The store no one inside and at list she can go with me and help me if I need anything else
She was listen the music or radio fm
She don’t have time for customers
Very bad experience

Hostile clerk tonight kicked me and my son out of the bathroom as we were anticipating buying shoes there and needed to use the bathroom. She yelled and screamed and forced the door opened telling us to get out of the bathroom. Disgusting behavior!!! No one should be bullied like that especially a paying customer! Fire her! We will never shop there again. Sound like the same African racist person Who hates kids in all of these reviews.

I rarely write comments like this.If I could rate 0 star for this store I would. I was trying to look for a pair of shoes. The worker was doing like checking the single shoe in the boxes. He put one of them on top of the shelf, so I took and looked at it( full white nike shoe). He told “it is a single shoe”. I couldn’t hear it. Then, he started to yell at me “it is the single shoe”. I was turning my tone down: “I know, I just want to look at it”. My friend walked to and stared at him. Even I got my pair, but I won’t come back. Thanks

Majority of price tags missing. Clerk said customers knock them down. I can't shop like this. This store management is a mess. Better to shop elsewhere. DSW is so much better. RUN PAST THIS STORE IN Springfield mall

Very abusive, threatening, very rude, unprofessional employee named 'Devone': while I was standing in the line for a return, he told me whenever we have time, we will return it? When I told him this not how you treat your customers, then he started using abusive words, and threatened my husband who came later. I asked him just stop and leave us alone....so unprofessional. He wanted to fight with us outside, a real threat.. How can you employee these people in the store? He told me that no one can do anything about him since they don't have don't have many people.
