Throughout the process, she made herself available to talk through every concern, listening and offering her advice. She has an excellent understanding of people; in one of our initial encounters, we talked through my own motivations for selling, and she gave actionable recommendations. She was adept at putting my mind at ease when I had concerns, helping me sort out significant problems (that she offered solutions for) versus small worries (that she helped remove from my mind).
