If you ever want to teach your kids how not to behave in life, take them to this service department. I kept giving this place chances, visit after visit, hoping maybe one day they would treat people with honesty and respect. It never happened. The pressure. The panic. The endless list of “urgent” repairs. The confusion they create on purpose. It is a pattern, not a mistake.
Here is the perfect example. I left their dealership after being told I needed a long list of expensive work. Something felt off, so I went straight to my regular mechanic. He opened the hood, took one look and said the truth. It was a disconnected harness. That is all. He fixed it in fifteen seconds. He fixed it for free.
So yes, I was treated poorly. But I was also lied to. They tried to turn a simple two second fix into a huge repair bill. This is not how you treat people. This is not how you run a business. And this is definitely not the kind of behavior I want my children to grow up around.
Take your car somewhere honest. I did. And they proved in seconds what this place couldn’t manage in years.
