My daughter has been attending for the past 3 months. We love it here , they are very attentive and patient with her. The management has amazing communication with us. Everyone greets us when we come in and she’s always excited to come to school. I love getting the app updates about all the things she is learning every day !

I highly recommend this preschool center! The staff is exceptional, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, fostering both learning and creativity. The center's cleanliness adds to the overall positive experience, making it an excellent choice for early childhood education.

We have loved our time here! The staff is present, kind, and attentive to our infant. They have treated him and us like family! I love the daily pictures/videos and updates I receive throughout the day. At pickup I already know he had an amazing day! It’s a fabulous team & they truly care about their kiddos ?

I use to have my infant here, when I walked in the one infant teacher was putting the babies to sleep by hitting their backs so hard, it would have hurt an adult. They use to force feed my child which led to her developing an eating disorder my child was eating for 3 months and than less than a month after she started here she stopped doctor said if they were forcing her to eat it caused her to naturally want to decline anything by mouth.Diapers were always dirty at pickup time unless you told them when you were coming or if you came at the same time everyday.I seen a toddler teacher slap a child in the face not hard for biting, I reported this incident and Danni the director said she handled the situation, didn't see that teacher for a qhile until we moved kindercares to the Alexandria one and sure enough that teacher was there . Needless to say after that we no longer enrolled with kindercare I just recommend you enroll with a center with cameras these were only things I seem I couldn't imagine what goes on when nobody is watching

My son has had multiple tiny bruises that seem to be unnoticeable but you have to watch this place because today he came home with a full circle of someone's child's teeth marks. along with two noticeable scratches under it like he was attached pretty bad today. I pay good money to work during the day but have a place for my son to learn and grow. Its very unfortunate to have him in this situation and all the other daycares in my area are fully booked. So I also deal with him frequently being sick. He started off with a cold, then after pulling him out of school for two weeks they gave him the stomach bug as soon as he got back! Now there is word that they have strep throat going around in there. I'd say ive only seen one staff member that was rude but for the most part when you drop your kid off, a lot can be hidden from the naked eye. Most of us are trying to go or come from work and get to wherever we need to do for the day. If you have spare time just look for another day care before going there. It's not worth more than $2,000 a month.

I sent my almost 3 year old for less than a month. She was a going to a home day care prior to this and was not her first time outside home. She was happily going for the first week. But I do not know what happened in the school, she started crying so badly after the first week. She wouldn't even get into the car in the mornings. We somehow managed to get her to go for two days a week maximum, but it kept getting worse and worse. We eventually changed her day care and also ended up paying the two week deposit which we did not use at all. She is happily going to her new school. I don't still know what happened or it is specific to my child but I would suggest some caution.

I enrolled my infant son in this center at 8 months old and talk about having peace of mind. I'm an older mom and my first child so of course I did tons of due diligence before choosing Saratoga. The directors genuinely care about the kids and the teachers are great at sending updates and pictures thru the Kinder Care app so that you're in the loop of your little ones milestones and developments. My son learned how to eat solids there whereas I would have probably been too afraid to leave the purees. The only negative is my son gets sick a lot, which means I do too, but that's to be expected at any childcare facility.

We sent our 13 month old baby to this KinderCare after we had a great conversation with the center head. Agreed due to the pandemic, past one year most kids haven't had any exposure to anyone from the outside. But that doesn't mean the caretakers will not pay attention to the kid's needs. We particularly had an issue with the way they care for the children1. They did not communicate despite us sending messages to send the baby pics2. Knowing its the initial first time kid being introduced to the outside world, they did not do their due diligence to ensure a kid doesn't feel warm3. Our kid didn't eat , and they didn't really care if he did or not.4. 2 different people at the center had 2 different stories about how our kid did that day5. Facilities weren't clean6. One day when we picked our child, we called prior and asked them if he's taking a nap, and they said, he's trying to, but not sleeping. We got there within 2 min and she came back with our balling child and said he has been fast asleep. It was puzzling how within 2 min the kid had been fast asleep for a while when they said he's not.7. The teacher didn't know his favorite toy when we asked if he played with it8. No one asked for the medical records about our child9. In general we found them rude, unprofessional and not trustable. To us it seemed like a really frustrating experience where we didn't feel that our child is in best hands.Use your due diligence before sending your kid here.
