they never answer the phone, no matter what time of the day you call. The Jamaican lady that was there when I first got my unit was lovely. Wish she still worked there

After searching around at multiple storage facilities, this is one of the least expensive facilities I found. Jewell was helpful and patient with all my questions when I stopped in to reserve a unit. It is also clean which is a big plus.

When you give your card to them ask how much they are charging you and what it is for. They don't give refunds here but they love to take your money.
