I truly want to thank Zach and Srode from the bottom of my heart for their patience, kindness, and professionalism throughout the entire purchasing process.
Zach, the finance manager, took the time to explain everything in depth and answered every single question I had without hesitation. He made the paperwork and financial side of things feel easy to understand.
Srode, my sales representative, made the car viewing and test driving experience so comfortable, it honestly felt like I’d known him prior to this. His friendly personality and calm approach made the whole process enjoyable from start to finish. He wasn't pushy or forcing on anything particular car, just go with the flow and gave car facts when we needed them.
These two gentlemen helpe me so much and I’m so grateful for the experience.

On August 5, 2025 I drove to Sheehy Volkswagen in Springfield Va with my son to purchase a used 2016 Toyota Corolla for him. While the initial process of test driving the car, doing the paperwork and signing to purchase the car was actually very easy and quick, since then things have sadly gone downhill. There was an issue with a DMV hold on his registration, and the finance person told him to call her and let her know when it was resolved in order to get the car registered and permanent license plates issued.
He took care of that problem and has tried now for over a week to confirm with the dealership admin staff that their office is able to get the car registered. No one answers the phone in the finance office. Not when he calls, nor when I call trying to check for him at his request.
Additionally, their service department improperly installed new windshield wiper blades on the car so that when he needed the wipers just after taking delivery of the car, one of the wiper blades snapped off the car while driving and he had to deal with that in rain and ultimately buy a new wiper blade and install it.
The failure of the finance office staff to call either of us back and let us know if they are now able to register the car and get the license plates issued is unexpected and quite frustrating. We have both left voice messages, spoken to members of the sales team and still don’t know if they are able to get the car registered or not because their finance team won’t return our calls and answer the question.
After dealing with this, I know one thing for certain.
I plan to buy a new car for myself in another 3-4 months and I will NOT be going to one of the Sheehy Auto Group stores to make the purchase.

Just bought a used Ram 2500 from them, I’m pretty sure they just reset all the maintenance settings instead of actually doing an oil change/ fuel filters. On top of that they cleared codes for a damaged Uconnect system instead of fixing it before selling, leaving it up to me to deal with. There only answer was, “if you bought the warranty you can get it fixed”. I also have left messages and tried multiple times to figure out where my registration and plates are, my 30 day temp tags expired and no one will answer my calls/ emails at least to get new temp plates while I continue to wait. I guess since they got my money I’m no longer important to them. I will never recommend anyone to go to this place, absolute joke of a dealership.

this place very pushy don’t go here i was looking at a car and was trying to leave tolf them i would go to my bank and come back. they then told me i could for sure get this payment with this much down no matter my credit for sure then wrote number down to “show” the lady who did the credit checks and had me sign a paper. they then ran my credit for double down than i was told without talking to me. and still was above the monthly payments promised. When i asked the lady what happened to this payment they told me she acted as if she never heard of that and was never told that price the paper was nowhere to be seen that they wrote the prices on. then got upset with me when i told them i was leaving because they pushed me into it and promised me something and wouldn’t even try and work with me. The guy then said well i thought this and that. and I left i would say the actual sales guy was very nice and helped a lot but the other workers are rude and pushy

So, pathetic, Poor management no professionalism, sales rep had no knowledge of the Vehicle. GEORGE was aggressive, he didn't keep his promise. Due to bad weather he couldn't order parts/windshield, sales rep told me George will call me when the vehicle is repaired.
They want a down payment on a vehicle with issues NO matter cracked windshield/ major issues. They want you buy and go as if you are in a dollar store.
Their excuse is we are in a business to sales cars and generate cash but what about your long term relationship with customer?

Leased my 2019 Explorer, the salesman was respectful and a nice guy, felt like I got an okay deal, even signed up for one of their programs to be able to bring my car in for maintenance/oil changes/buff out dents + dings… everything seemed great.
My car started shaking when driving within the first year, made at least a dozen complaints/requests for the maintenance shop to look into it. All they did was charge me to rebalance my tires even though the shaking persisted. Brought it back home to a trusted mechanic and he discovered that the front axel was the cause for the issue and that it was a huge safety concern. The Sheehy maintenance shop either doesn’t care or are just horrible at their jobs.
Also when I bought out my lease, that salesman was late and went with another costumer while I was waiting even though we had an appointment.
Also if you get their VIP plan and think you will be able to make appointments to get any dings or dents removed, they use a third party for that service and the third party vendors never show up. So for the entire 39 month lease I brought it in probably over a dozen times and never was able to get someone to remove a shopping cart ding in my door. Go to another dealer.

Samim Amirabadi provided excellent customer service and gave good advice, good deals and listened to my needs. He worked within my budget which I appreciated the most being a student and first time buyer.

Took car in for multiple services (Rear Tires, front rotation, alignment, and oil change). My service advisor, John Lavigne, was fantastic. The waiting area was comfortable, had power outlets, water, and tv.
