Casey Wilder made the buying experience a great one. She listen to what we needed took time to listen and go over everything. Her professionalism and great service is way above the rest. She made sure we had the best offer. Giving her 5 stars for her attention to detail and excellent customer service.Management needs to be more personable. Only thing we were not happy with was the fact they pulled credit when paying with a check from a local bank that cleared immediately.

I had a very pleasant experience here yesterday evening especially thanks to Trevor. So very respectful and polite and communicated everything clearly and efficiently. I will definitely be returning here anytime I need my car checked out.I’ve been to two other Subaru locations and had terrible experiences at both due to them lying to me, making me promises they couldn’t keep, or not clearly communicating what’s going on, but after going to the Sheehy Subaru of Springfield I now feel like a valued Subaru customer thanks to their service team and Trevor. I will bring my business here from now on.

Dealer was very easy to communicate with via text/phone. Dealer listened to what I was looking for and found it. Dealer explained different features/trim lines/options. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to buy a Subaru!

I love my new Subaru, it's an absolute joy to drive! And the buying experience at Sheehy was as easy and painless as it gets! Chris La Porte took great care of us. He was very honest and transparent through the whole thing, he showed me how to set up my phone and walked me through all the new features on the touchscreen. He was funny and kind as were all the staff we met at Sheehy.

I bought my first Subaru from Sheehy 12 years ago, and just picked up my fourth today. I've worked with Chris on every sale and Trevor on nearly every single service and I can honestly say they're the reason I keep coming back even though I no longer live as close as I used to. Sure, this dealership always seems to have better inventory and that helps, but I can count on Chris and Trevor to ensure I am getting the best deal and the best service every single time.

I recently purchased a 2022 Outback Wilderness from Bee at Sheehy and couldn’t be more pleased with his attentiveness and help in securing the car. Not only was I purchasing from out of state, he made sure the accessories I ordered for the car were also installed upon arrival. Casey Wilder is my favorite car salesperson. Period. Casey was an ABSOLUTE joy to work with. Usually I have a lot of anxiety going into car dealerships, but she made the process simple, easy and she was so empathetic. It was honestly the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. From the first phone call she was pleasant, kind and informative. When I got there, she put things into such easy to understand terms. She was honest and patient and I'm so grateful I was able to work with her. Oh yes! And they play amazing music while you wait. ??

Excellent experience, as always. This is our second Sheehy car. Chris LaPorte took excellent care of us from start to finish. He even helped me get my phone set up before we left. He was incredibly responsive and made sure we were taken care of. I 100%recommend Sheehy, and especially Chris!

I purchased a new Forester from Sheehy Subaru Springfield (VA)in December 2022 and they promised great customer service. The salesman was helpful. I had problems with my sound and then accessing GPS and I went in to service to learn that they had an upgrade. Why had no letter, email or call gone out to notify me?The GPS problem was never fixed and I went in for multiple times to hear service tell me that they saw no problem and it must be my cell phone. My husband had problems accessing some apps in the car as well. My GPS problem was never fixed and I grew worried because I was plugging/unplugging the cable as I drove or in a dangerous looking strip mall. I contacted management and suddenly the service asked me to leave the car which I did on 9/11/23. About four weeks later, service asked me for a picture of the cables saying that could be the issue. I sent a picture to them. They spoke of replacing a hub port. I spoke with family and friends who never heard of such problems and suggested I ask for a new car with a built-in GPS. I did. Today, I spoke with a senior customer advocate for Subaru Corporate who claims that service said they cannot help me because they cannot 'duplicate' my situation. Subaru is offering me nothing today. Service is lying because they never mentioned it. Why would service keep a new car for 4 weeks claiming they are doing research, and provide no improvements? They want me to get my vehicle after doing nothing to it for four weeks in their shop. It is dishonest and poor customer service. I asked the advocate for the Subaru Springfield's owner contact information and she did not provide it. I got a general mgr's contact and was told he is busy. I had tried reaching the owner and a mgr on my own but they did not respond to my emails and/or calls when I called Sheehy Springfield and asked to be put through. I fear for my safety as I depend on a GPS and was plugging and unplugging the cable to try and get it to work. Your service people were still researching the problem for nearly 4 weeks until they asked me for pictures of my cables which I sent them. I have owned Honda and Kias and thought a Subaru would be an improvement. I was wrong. My family and friends are shocked at my treatment and lack of care. I was not respected as a customer and I would not advise anyone to shop there.

The service department staff are professional and courteous, and seem experienced. My only gripe was the pricing. I brought in a 2017 Crosstrek for front wheel bearings prematurely failing at 35000. The car was not covered under warranty because of its age. Each bearing was $375, which wasn't terrible, but the labor costs were astronomical, $1519. Next time, I'll just do it at home if it''ll cost that darn much.

I brought my Subaru in for service at this location on Friday 9/1 because my battery was not functioning properly. This was a very busy day in the service center and everyone was very helpful and nice, however my vehicles battery had never been replaced since it was manufactured so it should have fallen under warranty. No one discussed the manufacturer's warranty with me at the time so I ended up spending over $500 having the battery replaced. I have reached out to this location multiple times to discuss this and have not had anyone followup.
