I went to pump gas at pump number 6 and the sensor to the handle didn't go off causing the gas tank to overflowed. I was waving my hands for help so they can shut it off from the inside and the cashier just looked at me and never came to out help. Thank Godness a gentleman that was using another pump helped me.
I walked inside and the cashier ask what happened. As if he couldn't see me waiving for help. I told him the pump sensor isn't working and that gas overflowed. He yelled at me and said is was my fault and that the my gas tank didn't sensor the pump to stop. Seriously??? I ask him if he could please adjust the charge. He yelled at me again saying it was my fault because I put gas. I asked for the managers information and he said he didn't have it, so I took a card and walked out.
I was very upset. You do not yell at women. What awful customer service. No apologies, no help. Unfortunately they didn't have any paper receipt outside to print my receipt so I had to go back inside to get a copy.
This is an extreme danger hazard and I found out that it's not the first time that exact pump number overflows. And if you look the image I posted you can tell it happened earlier because it didn't fully dry.

The mechanics and inspection guys at the back are great. Nevertheless, after been a client of this place for years, the cashier denied me the use of the bathroom while I waited almost two hours for the inspection service.
She claimed the bathroom was out of service. I asked one of the guys if I could pee behind the fence and he graciously got me the key even after I explained the cashier situation. Thanks to the guys.

We've had all three of our vehicles here for general servicing, inspections and repairs. Very reasonable prices. We once took our car to another shop for a repaie estimate and wanted to get a few more estimates. Backlick Shell was one of them. The estimate that we received here was 3 times less than the first estimate and came in well under the third estimate. We've always had the pleasure of working with Amjad, he's always treated us with kindness and utmost respect. Very happy with this location and have been for the last three plus years.

i was with my cousin when he accidentally drove off with the pump valve still inside his car and it disconnected from the actual pump. thing is they make it so it disconnects and can be easily reconnected. the store manager came out yelling at us and demanded 700$ to fix it, but when i looked it up, it was only like an 80$ job at most. we told him we'd contact our lawyers and his demeanor changed completely. he was trying to rip us off because of a mistake.

"Independent owner/operator" location means the owner doesn't care and just want his money! Pumps are routinely out of service for weeks at at time, condition of the facility is deteriorating, and the car-wash is a death-trap. Pulled my entire wiper assembly off my car! Not the blade, not the housing, the whole assembly! When I got out to take pictures (obviously after the wash cycle ended) I saw the entire system was in a state of disrepair; drain covers broken and sticking up, broken car parts all over the inside of the machine. When I spoke to the owner (the clerk did the best she could but she is just there to run the cash machine) he said I had to call corporate and that the sign clearly says they are not responsible. I get that, but they system is CLEARLY calibrated wrong; "sorry, call corporate." So I do, and what does corporate say? "Independent operated location so the owner is responsible; but we will act as an intermediary if there is a need for it." So basically he told me to call corporate and corporate told me to call the owner. There's a perfectly good Exxon RIGHT NEXT DOOR. Go there, or literally anywhere else..

This is a great location. It's very convenient to have a gas station and convenience store located right here as there isn't much around. It looks nice and new. There are plenty of pumps which all have modern screens that play things like commercials and the local news featured stories. They have a fuel rewards/savings program which is easy to sign up for online. That's a big thing for me as my vehicle burns a lot of gas unfortunately and the prices have gone up recently. Overall I enjoy coming here compared to other gas stations around and would recommend it!

I've been going to this gas station for a while since it was very close to my workplace and refuel before I go home. Today I had a major issue with the pumps where the handle clips won't lock for more than two seconds. I tried to pull it back out only to witness gas literally bursting out of the fuel cap twice. I told the worker inside regarding the issue and they just told me to use a different pump. Apparently other people were having the same problem. Even if I used a different pump, I had to constantly squeeze and hold the clip to keep the fuel going.
