I stopped by the Shell gas station in Springfield specifically because it participates in the Upside program, which offers rewards and discounts. Overall, my experience was positive. The gas station was clean and well-maintained, and the attendant was friendly and helpful.
The only drawback was that one of the gas pumps was out of order, which was a minor inconvenience. However, the remaining pumps were functioning properly, and I was able to fill up quickly and easily.
One note to keep in mind is that the gas station's location on a corner can make it a bit tricky to navigate, with three entrances to choose from. However, once you're inside, the station is easy to navigate, and the staff is happy to help with any questions or concerns. Overall, I would still recommend this Shell gas station to anyone in the area, especially if you're an Upside user.

When you run out of gas, you come back and give them more money then you get gas..
