Jorge at Sherwin Williams in Springfield was incredibly helpful. We called about 15 minutes before the store closed, and he was able to prep the paint we needed ahead of time, so we were able to get in and out before they closed! Would recommend!

Store is good. Everyone was customer oriented and friendly. Paint is always good. My problem is with Kevin. Poor boy is dumber than a box of rocks. He can't speak clearly. He just kinda mumbles at you. Poor boy can't spell. I gave him my company name and he was lost. Another associate had to come over and spell check him. I just don't think he should be working the front counter. Not the first impression that I'd want to give my customers. And how'bout a hair cut? Just sloppy looking.

Quality paint and good service but hours on Google are not up to date. They currently close at 530 PM during the week. I showed up today at 525PM and they were already closed. Heads up come early because hours are inconsistent.

My mom and I were helped by a very helpful associate this morning. I didn't ask his name (he was a soft-spoken tall guy with curly hair) but he was really great. Very kind and patient.
