Great experience , did amazing work on my car and they are an honest shop. LM body shop wanted me to pay 8 thousand dollars, for a fix that Springfield auto body did for 2 thousand.

Springfield Auto Body just finished and delivered my Hyundai Santa Fe. The passenger front quarter panel was damaged. They did a terrific job in restoring the panel in in the time frame as promised. The staff of Johan, Edwin and Jody kept me informed of the repair and the progress of the repair. I highly recommend you use them for your auto body repairs. You will be in good hands.

I was very happy with my experience. Edwin my estimator was very customer friendly and listened to me about what I wanted to get done. I met Johan the manager when I dropped the car off to get the work done. I was impressed with his explanation of the process and options. I was very happy with the quality of the work done on my car when I picked it up this afternoon. The car looks great. Very satisfied with my experience with Springfield Auto Body.

They repaired the dents and scratches on my wife’s 2015 Lexus Rx350. Rather than installing new parts Mark was able to patch it up and made it like new for a great price. I took in my Porsche SUV to have the front and rear bumper replaced. It took longer than expected but was worth the wait; looks fantastic. Johan, the manager bent over backwards to provide superb service, even gave me a lift home when I came back to have tow bar and wheel hub emblems installed.

I took my Lexus to Springfield Auto Body to have some minor body work done which also required a 3-stage paint job. The work was beautifully done, on time, and on budget. I also took my 2002 Mits Spyder there to have leak in the exhaust pipe fixed. There was evidence of considerable rust when the car was put up on the riser. The staff worked hard to locate parts to replace those in need; many parts for this vehicle have been discontinued. When a third vehicle appeared to be leaking Freon, Johan offered to run a test, at no charge, to determine what course of action to take. In all cases, time was taken to explain exactly what was being done and why. I felt like I was valued as a customer and that pride was being taken in the services rendered.
