The best!! Exceptional quality meat from folks who know their stuff and really care about quality.I go out of my way to shop here because I know I'm getting fresh, healthy product every time.They have grass fed beef as well as grass fed grain finished. Great prices for what you are getting.Product is hands down better than what you would get at Whole Foods or other butchers, from my experience.Easily recommend!

I’m a pescatarian, so i’m very happy with the fish and seafood Springfield. Butcher has to offer, and purchase chicken for my family. Springfield butcher always has fresh fish. I love their salmon and the chicken and beef are superb. I truly feel that I am feeding my family and guests in a healthy way when I purchase, my meat products from them And each person that serves the customers is cordial knowledgeable, and patient. I recommend Springfield Butcher to my family and friends.

We have been looking for a real butcher since we moved to Arlington.This place checks all the boxes. Great selection of meat, seafood, sauces and more.The staff is great.The shop is clean and bright and packed with meat!Very happy I found this place!

I wasn't sure if it was me or not. I purchased 2 filet mignon (either 1.5 to 2.0 inch) 6 mos. ago and they were tasteless. 3mos ago, on a grill- still tasteless. So after the last two times i thought I'd give it a chance, again thinking it was me! I 2" filets, and I must say tasteless. I've b going here for years. It can't be me. I've grilled, I've reversed seared, etc., I've tried it all, and still not cool!! I haven't priced them out (with otherplaces), however, I have zero thought of buying here again. Now I know when my family has a grill out and their meat is blah (and they buy here) this is why. Too pricey for bland meat. Old times do change! Good memories!

I absolutely love this place, it always high quality meat and the service is fast and outstanding. We have a family of 6 and the prices are much cheaper here than the grocery store and they are right by trader joes :) that always a win. The ambiance is very welcoming and knowledgeable. I do wish they shipped though (at least locally).

I asked for 4 filet mignon. While they were prepping them, I over heard that the card machine wasn't working, which had happened before. I went to the grocery store to use the ATM, came back paid and left. Got home, opened the bag to see 4 ribeye labeled as filet mignon. First issue here after a handful of visits, so not sure what happened.

Great service and a very knowledgeable staff. Love the fact that I had one question: do you carry Wagyu and the answer was yes. As with special cuts and different meat, they ask to call ahead by several days to see if they (1) still have it and if not (2) they can order it.

We LOVE the butcher! We frequent here a LOT. People are friendly, fun, knowledgeable. Very efficient with service. Even when it's busy, you never really have to wait long at all. Quality of meats and seafood are above anything you can buy at a grocery. (Plus the "insider" guy who used to work for mega grocers will tell you it's not even a close comparison). In fact the other day I was picking up something for dinner at Giant, looking at the meat section and thought, you know what- why am I even spending this money when I should just go to the butcher. And I did. ALWAYS pleased. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. And the sports memorabilia decor doesn't disappoint either!

Favorite place around! Truly exceptional options in there...and impeccably aged (some get to deep purple like a fine steakhouse). SO many animal types and different cuts.Don't sleep on the freezer cases either! Their dogs and sausages are great...but the freezers sometimes have EXCELLENT things like beef cheeks (pot roast some of those and throw it on some mini corn tortillas for tacos de cabeza) or venison products even wild boar!

Wow, what a difference! This place is great, but something has changed for the better. I recall going in here about 3 to 4 years ago, maybe longer. The people at the counter were very abrupt, and short. Almost as though "you should have known all about meat before you stepped foot in the store". The prices also seemed high.But now! Wow! What a great experience. Sarah was super nice, explained a lot of things, told us about some amazing offers they have (such as actually preparing some of the meats for you) and a good price on tuna.They were also kind of slow soaybe that helped. I'm wondering if during busy times they need an express "I know what I want just give it to me lane" and then one person answering all the questions for noobs.Anyway, if you haven't been in there in a while, give it a retry, from Tuna to beef, to sausage, this place is looking like it will be on my highly frequented places.
