I had substantial damage on my car and they had it for about a month (part of that was the back and forth with my insurance company). I dealt with Kyle who was professional and courteous. He called regularly to keep me updated. When it came time to pick up my car, my first impression of the business was positive. My car looked great and I think they cleaned it. The work done was thorough and my car looked like it never had damage. Kyle was every bit as professional and courteous (if not more) in person. He explained the work that was done (he had kept me abreast on the phone too). About a week after I had my car back, I had an issue (a light on dashboard coming on) and Kyle offered to take a look (they found the problem and fixed it at no extra charge). He went above and beyond by asking if I needed a ride since I chose to leave my car there. Luckily, I already had a ride, but I was impressed that they were thoughtful enough to offer. The lady at the front desk is also very pleasant to deal with.

Had a great experience with these guys. They were friendly, responsive, and finished the job ahead of time. If you're in need of a good repair shop, I'd highly recommend these guys.

was in a car accident and the other drivers insurance provider (state farm) told me to come to this shop for repairs. scheduling the appointment was not a problem and the people behind the desk (receptionist and enterprise car rental) were great. my car was repaired at the promise date that they had given me and my car looked almost perfect. the only problem was that the front bumper was not fit flush to the car but at the moment i was fine with just having my car back. shortly afterwards the bumper popped out and so i called the shop back and they pulled up my record and told me to come back in anytime. I told them that i will have to come by next week because i had to drive out of town to visit my brother for his birthday. during the road trip back home, i had hit a random tire tread on the highway and it sounded bad, but nothing was damaged, it was just loud. the next day i brought the car back into the shop to have the bumper looked at and the technician was quick to blame me for hitting a curb because he noticed the scratches underneath the car and that was why the bumper popped back out. as i began to explain to him that the scratches were from a tire tread i ran over on the highway, the technician cut me off and said "I know exactly what it is" in a very condescending tone. At that moment I was boiling with rage inside and in shock that this technician had the nerve to tell me I was lying. I kept my cool because I already knew there was no reasoning with this one technician and his god complex. he does not know who I am there for has no right to tell me that i was making up a story to point out his sub par repair skills on my car. To this day the bumper continues to pop out when i drive at high speeds on the highway. I don't have any intentions of going back to that repair shop and dealing with a technician so arrogant that he cannot accept the lack of quality in his workmanship. If the shop gets rid of that technician then maybe I will return but honestly, bad customer service is hard to forget.

My Highlander was in an accident in Springfield late one afternoon and needed to be towed, so I called Springmall Auto Body. They were able to arrange for a tow truck to pick up the vehicle and take to the shop in time for them to get me into a rental car in a very short period of time. The estimate was completed the following day and approved for repair by the insurance company, so repairs were started within 2 days. The estimated time to complete the repairs was 20 working days, and I was updated on the progress of the repair at every stage of the process by the shop's text messaging service (very nice). The repair was completed a week ahead of schedule and the workmanship was excellent, from the body repair to the paint work and color matching. The body shop manager, John, has a great office staff and high quality technicians. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a collision repair. R.P.

They were quick and took good care of the car. One complaint is communication wasn't stellar. Checkup on their progress and they will be just fine. Recommend them highly. Worked great with my insurance
