I work in the Mall. I think they have issues with maintenance. Sometimes fire alarm rings for no reason and everyone get panicked. Overall it’s okay.

I'd love this place if they'd get the parking under control, not enough spots, and the locals are voracious and disgusting with their manners in the lot. Probably could benefit from a parking garage or people having manners. Given that it's Springfield, I'd say just build the garage.

I go there often with my kids. It’s great because there are so many places to go, things to see, and places to eat.

I love this centre as there is a playground next to it and kids they like, and a swimming pool area so clean. And there are many restaurants.

Had a quick visit today at Springfield Town center nice and clean throughout the mall.

Took away one star for all the construction going on, so it took a while for a parking spot. Parking lots plus two children trying to navigate them while walking to the mall is very nerve-wracking.
We wanted to take the children to the Lego Discovery Center. First, completely my mistake, I didn't look up ticket prices. But, when I went to inquire, the overinflated prices and gruff man working there would scare anyone away. Lego still won. We bought two pieces to assemble and the children were happy.
The rest of the mall was clean and inviting. I look forward to coming back when the construction is cleared and giving a five-star review.

By far one of the DMV's best malls, next to Tysons, Fair Oaks and Columbia Mall. At one point Springfield was a bomb shelter until it was renovated. The mall is very pleasant and there's a plethora a stores. This is my go to mall to frequent.

My bias is I hate shopping malls. This is a typical shopping mall with the usual stores, restaurants and movie theater. The parking lot and surrounding roads are crowded. If that's what you like, it's a 5 star place.
